im on top tier card and home loan with cba so you'd think you would get all deals but nope..
Don't use your CBA card to pay for Amazon orders too often. That's the way to get the offers , it's to accelerate spending on retailers and partly funded by the retailers themselves, so you should know how to make it work to get theae offers. It's called Marketing 101 !
i actually use my amex card where possible and for amazon so i haven't used my cba card if ever for any amazon purchase lol
They think you're relying on them so they don't need offer you something like this to keep you.

Nope. "stated otherwise" usually mean special conditions and circumstances. Just buy a gift card instead.
