  Buying direct do we need to worry about wifi bands being regionally locked like we do with Asus?

  I'm guessing the country that you enter during setup determines what frequencies can be used?

    I was looking at purchasing the Asus RT-AX88U Pro, it had the same specs as the Flint 2 and was more than twice the price.

    That is why I took the chance with the Flint 2 and could not be happier.

      I bought an Asus RT-AX86U Pro 2 years ago, but if I was buying something now, I'd get the Flint 2, especially if I were running Wireguard.

    No issue here when I ordered. Probably the Flint 2 doesn't like the colder Victorian weather patterns and instead prefers warmer climates such as Brisbane.
