    Sorry I only buy mushrooms from my favourite Asian grocery store. They have the best mushrooms in the country so I often drive 130kms just to buy their mushrooms. But now I don't really remember which exact store it is. 😆

    Every time I see the perfect picture of the lean Beef Wellington that is shown on the news, I think to myself that I'd like to try that…

    However, who in their right mind would choose this as a menu option hereon in when ordering a meal out, or would eat it if it was served up at a 'friends' dinner party…

    I think this has killed off Beef Wellington as a meal option for the next few years.
