Never had Onepass and got the email for $10 credit at Officeworks. Wanted Kmart instead and clicked on the link here (ty OP) and got $10 Kmart credit right after signing up

    • welcome :)

Just received an email $10 to spend at Target, I think they are very worry nobody re-join.

      They are very desperate.

No email, but active membership with 20 days left until renewal. I went through cancellation today and halfway through the website just straight out offered me the $20 offer + $10 voucher for Kmart.

No need to contact support or anything.

Chatted to them last week to ask for the same deal and they said only for new customers and that the "good news" is that i'm already a member LOL

I totally get that the target is for new users and not existing, but at least give me credit for being proactive about it. Seems like they rather have me cancel and then "try" to win me back (which i may not bother to rejoin) than to just give the same offer and secure me for another year.

But seeing the comments above, I'll give that a shot straight through the website

I got offered the $20 plus the $10 when. I cancelled. How it happened:
I had my onepass account logged in .
I clicked on the link for Kmart $10.
It took me my membership page and I went to cancel membership
Then it offered me $20 memebership plus the $10 Kmart.

Worth a try if anyone else is in same boat.
$10 net is worth signing up for.

    • Did the offer show up when you clicked the "Cancel membership" button on the My membership page, OR the "Continue to cancel" button on the popup after you click "Cancel membership"?

  • My membership from $12/yr Deal expires in 8 days. About to be charged $40!! No way!
    So clicked CANCEL.

    This OFFER automatically popped up.
So rejoined @$20 for another year!
Plus $10 voucher to use within 30 of renewal date๐ŸŽ‰

OnePass got a lot of use this year, with clearance sale @Kmart. Rather than spend time & money going to many local stores, to search for items that weren't there - ordered for FREE delivery.

Good $10 shorts were delivered from 1400k away!!

More time to return unwanted things to Kmart - within 365d!
Including an unused above ground pool ๐ŸŠ

    • Did the offer show up when you clicked the "Cancel membership" button at the bottom of the My membership page, OR the "Continue to cancel" button on the popup after you click "Cancel membership"?

clicked the "Continue to cancel" button on the popup after clicked "Cancel membership".

Applied & charged at upcoming renewal date. Receive $10 voucher then.

  • My membership expires at the end of November. I cancelled, since I don't want to renew at $40/year. Cancellation went through, without any offers. All I got was a survey at the end of the cancellation.

    • A few minutes later an email came through with an option to reactivate the plan at $40/year. No idea what heuristics they use at OnePass to retain customers, but clearly I don't meet the criteria to be retained with a discount offer.

Similar to others, got offered the $20 subscription offer + $10 Kmart voucher (30 days expiry) when cancelling my OnePass sub that was going to expire in 7 days.

    • Yep same here, just cancelled with 4 days left and got the offer. How long before you got the Kmart voucher? Did it come to the email associated with your account?

      • +2

I got my Kmart voucher in my email when my subscription renewed for $20. So on the 26th for me. Hopefully your's comes in soon!

    It's a dumb business model.
I can order a bag of potting mix from Bunnings and get free delivery with OnePass.
If I order a few bags or more it exceeds the weight limit and I have to pay delivery despite having OnePass.
If I order 1 bag a day for 30 days I get 30 bags delivered free and piss off a delivery driver.

You don't need to spread the multiple purchases over 30 days. I ordered two sets of shelving a few minutes apart to get free shipping on each and they arrived at the same time.

On the other hand, I could not order a piece of timber with a free delivery.

      • Thank you for the tip.

      • -1

and you obviously couldn't apply the powerpass discount to your order - that's a cost of your delivery

  • Anyone else here who applied and never received $10 bunnings gift card? What's your situation?

    • +1

I have yet to receive it. I'm going to contact OnePass support right now before I forget.

EDIT: Just spoke to OnePass chat and they checked to ensure my account was signed up with the Bunnings Promo, which they confirmed it was. They advised the voucher should have been sent out so check my spam folder. It's not in my spam obviously, so they advised I need to reach out to Bunnings as it is Bunnings who send out the vouchers as was mentioned by someone previously.

I'm going to contact Bunnings to chase it up.
