    360-Day Prepaid Mobile Plan $180

What about the other 5 days?

Do you need to get a separate 5 day plan??

    • +2

At the end just move. These are intro plans so the price will go up anyway.

  • +2

Then in a leap year you need a 6 day plan.

    • +2

Yes. But you are paying $15 every 30 days for 50gb and international calls. I don’t think there is any other plan out there this low.

  • +1

I saw this for my mum who is interested. My question is with the 50gb max limit/month.

Does that mean in month two the unused data from month one will carry over? or is it a strict 50gb each month only?

      Rollover up to 500GB

Not great calls to Calls to 13XXXX and 18XXXX number excluded.

      • Lebara Mobile only supports a limited range of devices following the 3G network shutdown. I was with them up until that point, and their customer support was excellent. I just wish they had transitioned to using the Telstra or even Optus networks

        • I'm currently with Lebara on their large 360 day plan and no issues so far…Customer service is excellent.
I was on Vodafone prior and no change to coverage, signal etc that i've noticed except now I have International included…

          • @vinnycol: I think you're fortunate that your mobile phone is still supported. Otherwise, you'd be in the same boat as me, having to port your number out. Highly suggest that you should talk to Lebara before you're planning to upgrade your mobile phone!!!

        • Lebara is owned by Vodafone. When you chat/call Lebara, you're speaking with Vodafone staff. It's the same as the Telstra/Boost setup.

Lebara does not only support a 'limited range of devices', just recently in the news it was exposed that the 3 main network operators (Telstra/Optus/Vodafone) are pretty much just doing whatever they like with regards to supported handsets after the 3G shutdown. It needs to be properly policed, and the ACCC aren't doing that right now.

          • @bonezAU: Sorry, I think we might be on different pages. Please double check whether your phone is supported by Lebara using the link below, if it's not listed, it may not work with their network:
            https://www.lebara.com.au/support/approved-devices.
However, the same phone will most likely work with Telstra.

            • @YasimKudomi Pape: Yes, and you'll find that there are phones that don't work with Telstra but they will work with Vodafone/Lebara. There's phones that also won't work with Telstra or Vodafone but they will work with Optus.

The point I'm trying to make is that the whole thing is a dogs breakfast between the 3 carriers. They haven't agreed on a universal list and they just block phones that they "think" aren't compatible, even if they are perfectly fine.

  • Are call diversions included?

    • their CIS states

4.Standard national MMS (excluding video MMS) to Australia numbers cost 62c/MMS (2MB).

You lost me at "uses Vodafone" although tbf that's where the value seems to be.

    • Vodafone-network: those who live in METRO-area in large-cities are mostly fine: NOT-regional & away from hills. Outliers exist in Telstra & Optus network too 🤔
YMMV: test any providers with their 1 month-plan & Optus for FREE with eSIM-only, https://www.optus.com.au/customer-extras/network-trial

      • I've had vodafone network living in suburban Sydney and it's pretty rubbish. I got a good deal and I don't live on my phone so it still somehow worked but I'm going on a few holidays in regional NSW this year so can't be dealing with it tbh. You get what you pay for, but for each their own.

        • My kids have one Vodafone and one Kogan. We are in Sydney. We have had no problems.

  • Will this work for data only using an eSIM on an Apple iPad Pro?

    • Yes

  • +1

50gb is only good if you can connect & use it.

  • 4g or 5g .. can’t see anywhere on website ..

  • Honestly going directly with TPG Small plan at $12.50 per month for 6 months then porting out and back in is $150 a year for 300GB and can call everywhere including international can't beat that

    • Yes, but if you are a heavy user this is the best plan.

The very first prick introducing 28days cycle to Australia should be shot. Full of corp greed.

      Telstra will increase prices from 1-Jul-25 & others will follow…rolling price-increases ~ 6 mths, https://www.telstra.com.au/exchange/telstra-mobile-and-inter…

More jobs loss in AU with tasks being move overseas: Telstra's agenda of buying Boost ? Observe the staff who's supporting other mobile-carriers', eg Amaysim, Lebara etc: are they AU-staff…even network-engineer?

People need to continue working & churn-sim monthly: endure the extra-work & administration. Even NET-costs of money-back deals are increasing, https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/904744

  • bad start. 16 days still no sign of a SIM. requesting to cancel and have it refunded, but not a single response.

  • Is e Sim ok for cashback?
