I cannot find a single one of the listed flights Melbourne (Tullamarine) to Guangzhou return at the price advertised via China Southern, it would be a direct flight too. Only 1 stop Air Asia X flights at that price.

    • Same issue for me

    • China Southern doesnt do discounted direct flights. It'll be cheaper to transfer via GZ than to actually go to GZ, just how pricing works.

  • Gotogate review don't look great which seems to be where the cheapest flights from Melbourne to Beijing return.

Guess you get what you pay for.

Tried maybe 10 times to Chengdu different times and noticed that the sites would at the last moment issue a price increase by $1000, not sure if anyone was able to get it for the actual price…

    • Have experienced this issue with a number of these deals where trying to book will make the cheaper fare invalid.

    Is it boeing?

  • Still some availabilities on Trip.com for under $500 return Sydney to Shanghai in Feb/Mar26

  • Don't fly to India.
