yes that they do but their size is diminutive. In the silmarrillion the elves used them for hobbit tossing apparently.

Unlikely. Thorpe's feet are size 17 so size 14 wouldn't even come close to fitting.

Yes, although it may not fit as well in particular around the heel. People (male & female) have different shaped feet of course… plus womens sizes are different to mens ie a mens 9 is maybe a womens 10.5.
Saying all that, men with narrow feet looking for a runner might be better off getting a 'womens shoe' rather than trying to find a special narrow mens shoe - and women with wider feet might be better off hunting for shoes in the mens section. Need to try 'em on first though, of course!
