Lii-600 is the 4th and 5th option in that listing.
Combined with cashback e.g. TopCashback 13% then it comes down to around $31 after cashback, which seems like a great price post-Gearbest-days for this unit, given it also shows it including a 12V 5A DC supply.
AUS estimate based on the Mastercard Currency converter.
If you don't want to spend that much maybe look into the Lii-500. Been using mine for a while and does the main thing I need a tester to do which is weed out batteries that can't hold much charge.

I would be wary of getting the 500S:

(see ~4m30s onwards - I will sometimes pull out cells to finish recharging elsewhere after the discharge test is done to start a new test)
As usual there are a lot of similar stores and multiple listings within the same store so click around to see if they have a similar or better price!
Thanks OP. Was looking at this after I found out that my old Nitecore doesn't have temperature protection
