      • It says to go to that site under How it works. Also in T&C iirc.

        • my noscript addon blocked the bottom half of the page. xD
          thanks.

  • Cool. Good to know

I don't know why the moderater edited the deal and said B650 aren't eligible for the promo. This model is clearly stated at the event page

  • +1

Yup they just said approved on mine, not bad for a $199 motherboard!

  • Anyone have this board with a PCIE 5.0 GPU? Im curious if it actually does work. Save some $ over a B650E board.

    • As said comment above, it has PCIe Gen 5 support for the graphics card slot but not officially. It appears might since a newer BIOS version

      • Yes but has anyone tested it and confirmed the bandwidth?

        • As long as it is enabled in the BIOS, if it is stable, then it will be fine

        • Late reply I know.. but yes I'm running a 9800X3d and an RTX5070Ti and it is showing up on CPUZ as PCIE5x16

          HOWEVER

PCIE5 , or at least my present bios settings seem to let it put things to a low power mode, so it is only reporting as 2.5GB/s - I need some way to wake it up to confirm

My older machine a 5900X on a B550 had this issue with PCIE4.0 where the southbridge (or insert AMD relevant name for the chipset) caused issues with CPIE lanes and I had to downgrade the slot to 8x, there was no difference to benchmarks between x8 and x16. if you went down to x4 that would likely change.

With only a 16gb ram card, I doubt it is going to be an issue, maybe for a PCIE 5.0 X16 would need a 32gb RTX5090 to even show up… I doubt you can max out the bandwidth to the point where it's noticeable.

        • There's an additional sheet in the manual that specifically highlights the PCIe 5.0 slots when used with the PCIe 5.0 Ryzen chips.

        • i have confirmed it works fine.. and bandwidth is correct with GPUZ with a RTX 5070ti

  • There's a $20 USD steam voucher now with this motherboard.. on voucher per person only..

    • $200
