Yeah, heed the warnings and bad experience reports however I did get mine from this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/874770 without issue. Although that was from to TopCashBack not ShopBack.

Can still be rejected, mine was with TCB so it's not just SB, the merchant itself is dodgy.
Do you know why it was rejected?
Mine was tracked, then rejected, since then, would never trust Lyca again.

Does anyone know if these must be activated within 28 or 30 days of purchase to qualify for cashback like so many/most other SIM starter kit cashback deals?
And, the service must remain activate for a minimum up to 90 days like some other cashback offers? That recent condition's been putting me off because I'm a regular SIM slut who activates a new one monthly because I love a bargain and even get paid at times to do it.
Bought this on the previous $23 cashback via Shopback.
Right after the payment page, the site gave a web page error but money still deducted and I got email confirmation from Lyca, but cashback didn't track.
Unable to raise a ticket for missing cashback as Shopback doesn't recognise the order number from Lyca.
Anyone had similar issues? Any pointers?
Yes and pointers are avoid this offer except in the rare case you would have purchased this anyway without the cashback offer.
I bought it without the knowledge of these scenarios happening.

I had the same issue, received an error, but money still deducted. The Email says I have been charged 17.50 euro, but have been charged in AUD. Unable to cancel and no tracking either
Called them and they confirmed the order was successful. Requested cancellation of the order.

NO NO NO…STAY AWAY FROM lyca..despite being a very tempting deal…if you go with Lyca..be prepared for a high rejection rate after waiting 4 months
