    Ordered a, second one at 5:50pm using the app, paid $13 and still tracked as $10 only.

  • Gents, just checked with a mate.

    If you look at the tracked amount, it is listed as

    Cashback tier $49 prepaid SIM.
    Cashback rate 76.9%
    Cashback tracked $10.00

    So clearly SB is treating the $39 prepaid SIM purchase as one for $49 prepaid SIM.

    Should be a relatively simple fix by letting them know you purchased the $39 SIM and should get $21 cashback.

  • To buy (and hope they will honour the advertised rate) or not to buy…. That is the question!

    • See if you need the data or not.

      If no, not worth the risk

    I got my two earlier orders tracked at $21

    was gonna order some more now. Seems like i cannot since it is now tracking at $10 only instead of $21 hence a $3 sim cost instead of $8 profit

  • If transaction fails, try manually entering address. It finally worked for me after trying different names, contact numbers, email addresses, all with no luck.

  • I made my order at 12.35pm today and still tracked at $10.

    nothing worked. did an Inspect session and get a 403 error on the final page : unable to process order. The code says Possible Fraud Lol.

      • Yeah just read that. Even worse I guess, $2.75 (instead of $24) on CR, while this SB was $10 (instead of $21). I didn't try the CR though, one is enough for me

    Just got $11 manually credit by ShopBack. I reached out to the chat system on the weekend and they manually added it

    • their tracking is bullshit. sometimes tracks, sometimes doesnt track; even when doing exactly the same process.

      • Reading the CR thread from today, they seems to have same issue of tracking lower, so might be from Boost :(

    • I submitted a claim via chat. But got nothing yet.

      • With the amount of ppl submitting claims via chat now, it may take some time

        I did mine immediately when I saw $10 tracked on Sat, and only received a reply today

  • Ordered two on Saturday and one yesterday. the first one on Saturday $21, the second one and yesterday $10 each $41 total against $39 spend. Still in front

    I’ll put in claims for the two x $11 difference.
    ShopBack have been pretty good for me with cashback claims.
