Thanks for reminding me to charge my Gooloo Titan … over 5yrs old, used regular, starts my 4lt 6cyl car easy.

  • Good price on the GP2000 https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/334961508404 for $76.70 with the 15% off coupon.

GOOLOO GE3000A is cheaper and better.

      • I'd never heard of the GE series until now, apart from 2000 vs 3000, how does it differ from the GP and GT series?

        • I haven’t been able to find much detail online either, apart from the difference in peak amps between the 2000 and 3000.
Walmart doesn't list the input and output specs either.

@jimojr: All I can see is that the GE seems to have the lcd display of the GT (benefit over the GP) and with the core functionality of jump starting, larger is better. The GP2000 will start the majority of vehicles, so logic suggests the GE3000 for less money is the much better buy, nice find!

      • Yours or the op @jimojr?
Which to get? I would like to have the inflater so that I don't have to buy another device.

Get the OP's one if you need the inflator.
Edit: I’m not sure about the Gooloo inflator, but I have one I bought from Amazon for around $50. Even when fully charged, it took 10 minutes just to top up from 15 PSI to 25 PSI and the battery ran out. So I think it’s better to get a wired one or use an 18V battery model like this or this.

      • Thanks, I had grabbed my gp2000 out to charge the other week and it's kaput/wouldn't charge. don't need the inflator so grabbed this one for 70bucks.
        cheers

      • Im tossing up between this (GE3000A) and paying extra for the GT3000…
I think this only has 15W USBC out which means you cant charge a laptop if that is what you were looking to use it for? Also not sure if it have a boost mode which helps with starting a completely dead battery?

Edit… it has a boost mode

  • Used my one from the last deal first time this week.
SO MUCH EASIER than jumper cables.

  • can you use something like this on your battery whole you tune a car?

    • While you tune a car?

      • yeah instead of a battery tender

        • Ah, no.

These are to temporarily supplement the starting power of a dead battery.

Car wont start > attach and power up > start car > remove.

Battery will still be "flat" and rely on the altenator to recharge.

Will do very little to top up the charge of a battery.

  • Just remember to keep these charged

  • How does this compare to the GE3000A? Other than the air compressor function, the stats all look same as to jump start a car?

How long do these hold charge for? I'm getting an auto car for the first time so can't just roll start my car anymore.

    • Not sure tbh, I was keen to get the compressor version as I believe it will get more use, and get charged more regularly.

Haven't heard a bad word about these products. Sounds like they are reliable, I imagine the weak spot if forgetting to keep it charged; user error.

  • This is probably cheaper than Road side assistance if your battery dies for some reason

    • for some reason

It's only good if it dies from flat battery. Any other death I don't think you can jump start it.

  • This still working for anybody? Link goes to the GP3000 for me, cant see the A3 at this price.
