    That's a lifetime supply

I have so many papermate pens that are absolute garbage, nobody uses them but also can't bring about to just throw them out. Should just clear it…

A good pen is worth not pulling your hair out over.

Yeah, so many pens at home. These days if I pull one out and it doesn't start writing within 5 seconds it's straight into the e rubbish.

        Papermate kilometrico FTW

    • Usually $3.50 from Target.

Are these gonna dry as quickly as my bank account while surfing Ozbargain ?

    • You're not doing it right if your bank account is drying out quickly due to Oz bargain.

      • Umm.. unnecessary impulse buying.

Biros are free at work, mostly paperless these days ;).

        These ones are shit anyway.

        • What do you expect from Anko? When it comes to quality, it's the brand at the bottom of the list, you just have a look at the recall list.. I used to be a regular customer of KMart, since it has become an Anko shop, they have lost me.

          • @Bluering48: Not much ha
I don't bother with Kmart at all

    Massive point hard to write

It seems you managed it. Well done.

    • Yep. You get 50 pens, but they're all terrible. A very good buy if you need to provide a large amount of pens for an event/function that you don't care about getting back.

  • I love using the two punch combo of OnePass free delivery and AfterPay on little things like this.

tbh I'm so (profanity) sick of yelling out "oi, d'you know where the (profanity) biros are?" that I'll actually get some use out of this though.

  • What's an alternative cheap Pen for writing heaps (like 1-3hr sessions). I find these thin ones end up cramping the hand!

    • Honestly, you're better off getting quality > quantity if you do even a semi decent amount of writing.

One good smooth ballpoint Muji pen ($2.5) > 50 pens that can't guarantee it'll work nor will they feel pleasant to write with.

But if you're in need of cheap pens for a class of kids or need to lend them to others which will probably get lost, this is an easy choice

    • Pentel Energel's are great. Not thin. Ink is very smooth to write with.

    • 1-3hr sessions

This is more writing than I've done in the last 5 years :O

Surely you're better off investing in something with more than 5¢ a pen

Are these a good investment ?

    • +1

they're not worth writing home about

These packs are often a false economy.

A million pens but they hard to actually write with and after a few weeks none of them work anymore.

Can't remember the last time I bought pens, I just take them from work, good gel ones too, doesn't everyone hehe??
