      Xiaomi is incredibly famous for such scummy tactics in India from what I have heard from my friends. Most of their sale events are scam. Although I love Xiaomi products (except their phone lineup) their conduct when it comes to sale events are highly questionable.

    Ordered the 15T Pro 512GB in Black. Initially had the redmi pad and the sound pocket as free gifts however when I checked out the soundpocket disappeared from the receipt. Happen to anyone else?

      Yes, it happened to me. The support told me that because the gift was out of stock when check out. What a ridiculous process, how can they change the cart silently without notify the customer. She asked me to cancel the current order and reorder, I refused as it would take days to get money back and I would lose the coupon. It's such a scam.

        It's NOT. Xiaomi should fix all the existing orders instead of asking customers to cancel and reorder. This process not only delays refunds but also causes issues with used coupons. Ultimately, it’s unacceptable for the items in an order to differ from those in the shopping cart.

          I just spoke with someone on CS, who was kind but not able to help. "Cancel the order and wait a few hours, and you will hopefully get a coupon for $100 off again. Make sure the tablet is included in the order before proceeding. Also, the pocket was a first come first serve and is not available". My order # is now cancelled.
