We would like to extend an invitation to attend the Melbourne or Sydney Good Food & Wine Show. This offer is available to Castran Gilbert clients and redeemable through Ticketek for 3 days only. Limited passes available!

Melbourne show dates: 7-10 June 2013
Sydney show dates: 28-30 June 2013

Simply follow the steps below to redeem your tickets:

  1. Select which event (Sydney or Melbourne) you'd like to attend
  2. Select which day you wish to attend
  3. Enter your unique code word, CAST&GIL, at checkout
  4. Download and print your tickets

Seems like a generic email and code so I hope other OzBargainers will be able to use it.

EDIT: Seems like there's some problems from the mobile site but is working from PC

    I selected the Saturday for Melbourne, thanks OP. But the ezy tickets I received don't have the date or the venue printed on them. They just say Good Food and Wine Show General Entry Ticket. Does everyone else appear like this?

      Are you sure, herbo? My one (Sydney) says the date clearly between the "Good Food And Wine Show General Entry Ticket" and "General Admission" between the two horizontal bars.

        Yeah I'm sure. In the tickets I have the bit between the two horizontal bars is blank. I viewing them on an iPad, maybe that's it?? I doubt it though. Will check on PC in the morning.

          Further to this and FYI to other iPad users, I opened the PDF files using the app Smart Office (a MS office compatible thing) and behold all of the missing detail appears! Something going on with Apple and ticketek

          Yeah this is true. I work for Ticketek. ezyTickets aren't displayed properly when viewed on iPhones or iPads. It will look fine when you print it from a computer. It will still work fine at the venue because the barcode is intact.

          dont think so, but they can put an end to anymore getting the deal, happened last year with a free tickets to home show or something, but tickets still allowed entry :)

          Yes, but that would be the promotor's decision. I imagine they will be surprised when they look at their sales reports tomorrow. There is probably a limit to how many times the code can be used, so it's more likely that there will just be no more free tickets after a certain number.

      When I checked the email on my phone it was blank, but when I downloaded the pdf off the website it has all the details.

    Was able to get tickets for all four days in one order. At the payments screen I clicked on purchase more tickets and went back and add tickets for another day.

    Does anyone know what this means at the bottom right of the ticket: 'Customers note that not all tickets purchased online allow entry to Good Food and Wine Show.' So could our tickets be invalid?

      You had me worried but underneath that sentence it says:

      "Please ensure you have a valid entry ticket. If No Entry is printed above your ticket is for the Class Only and does not admit entry to the show."

      So it looks like it's just a reminder to make sure you have a General Entry and not a Class Only ticket.
