380

Just browsing and saw this deal for the original 3DS from Dick Smith. Only Click and Collect option and seems to be stack about. They had it earlier in the year but now is the same price again.

  • They've been this much in store for a while, generally, but it's nice they've put it up on their website now.

  • pretty hard if not impossible to find a shop that have stock.
    I'm in Sydney.

im still waiting for a killer price on a 3DSXL….but thanks for sharing

Yeah - its been at this price for a few months now, but good they are listing on the website again.

I was hanging out for 3DS XL also but after seeing the DS XL for sale at HN for $129, I figured I could live without the 3D so bought one of those.

So you actually chose to live without the 3D and any 3DS games.

    Pink one available in Prahran!

  • Pink available for me.

  • (ACT - according to their website)

Black available at Belconnen and Pink available at Majura Park.

  • Got one last time, but I still think it's a great price (if you can find stock)

  • do you think we can get it price matched at jb? or others

      but those were just ds's

So cheap. Pitty it doesn't have more colours, like white for instance. Definitely there should be no reason to buy a DSLite/DSi/DSi XL whatsoever with these prices.

Lots of other little reasons people may like older hardware, not just price.

Regular DS games have more battery life on the older hardware first designed for them. The later DSi XL models have even better battery life and speakers than the regular DSi.

Speaking of price, the DSi stuff was $79.98 here not long ago; so even cheaper than what you see here.

Look and feel varies between the various older units compared to the newer (some prefer the DS Lite or original DS for DS games, or the Game Boy Advance slot the early models came with). That is also another reason.

      Not just price :)

I prefer the feel and the finish to the DSi over the 3DS.
I also prefer that the screen sizes are the same in the top and bottom.
I also don't like the thumb stick in the slightest.
I have a back catalogue of DSi Games to play, and 3DS games are overpriced at the moment.

Have downgraded from my 3DS to a DSi as a result of the toys'r'us sale and couldnt be happier.

  • I traded my 3DS in for the XL and part of me regrets it. Sure it's more comfortable, but l liked the fact that it was smaller and you could slip it in your pocket.

I'd recommend the original 3DS for this price.

  • Just got one (blue) from DS Hornsby by "click & collect", I am a happy man. A gift for my kid's birthday.

  • I wanted a blue one :'(

  • reserved a pink one, luckily it still gets stock

aww its not the xl :(

Wish Nintendo would bring out a new gameboy already, how can anyone play on this when they have phone screens which are 720P and 1080P Resolutions, the resolution on 3DS makes my eyes bleed.

  • is it possible to pay by Paypal with click and collect buy 2 and get $20 off?
