Earlier deal(s) got the Buyer a 3-computer license (with S/W on included disk(s)) for $99 [incl S+H],

if you upgrade the 3-user version though, you only get one licence of 2013…

Bought this last week at my local HN. The sales people there had no knowledge of the offer but I showed the OPs pic (thanks @theearth) and got the deal as advertised. Was also picking up the $9 SanDisk 16GB USB's from another post.
