Does anyone know how we go about returning something that we bought online from there store? Cant seem to find any details regarding returns on their site.
I wouldn't hold out much hope.
The jacket I bought last sale was missing a button. The first email address I found for support didn't exist and my email bounced.
So I tried another address off the site… A couple of weeks passed and I'm still waiting to hear anything …
I can report a pleasant experience in dealing with Globe customer service around October last year.
I had some shorts that the colour ran on (Light Khaki/beige/ivory/off white…with a red lining - genius) I rang 1800 045 623 (number listed on the website) they replaced, I offered to send a photo or the shorts back, as it was after first wash as per their instructions…was told not required - said I could keep them as lawn mowing shorts or whatever, new shorts turned up a week later with 2 t shirts in the bag, that's pretty good service if you ask me, maybe they just suck at email?
I've just had an email from James at Globe and he's going to try and find a replacement, so that's a good follow up!
