TODAY ONLY: 18c/L off Fuel at Shell/Coles Express with This Voucher

5523

Just got given this by my neighbour. Definitely works in Adelaide but is meant to be Australia wide. Print it out, cut off one of the strips and get your attendant at shell to scan it for 18c a litre off your fuel purchase.
TODAY ONLY!

EDIT: Confirmed working: NATIONALLY :)

EDIT: This has got to have cost someone their job. We have cost Coles thousands of dollars already :)

ENDED: I can't believe how MASSIVE this turned out to be, first time i've ever experienced a "viral" incident and the only time i've ever started one :D

Thanks everyone for the kudos etc. I should be able to walk into any pub in Australia now and say "I am Todes Angst and I need a beer!" and get one :)

Curious to know what's the lowest price people have paid for LPG using this voucher?

  • Works in ACT also. My printer isn't printing properly so the voucher didn't have the Coles watermark in the background. Was a bit nervous to use. Scanned once, didn't work. Scanned again and worked. The attendant said nothing but did look at voucher suspiciously.Oh well! $7 saved for me, I'm happy.

  • every time i click anything it just reloads the page how do i get to the voucher to save it and print it?

    Printer failed today.
Went next door to library (haven't visited for 2 yrs) to print voucher only to be greeted with $40 in fines. EPIC FAIL!!!

    • gotta love the irony of going to print out something to save money and being jammed with overdue fines…

    • Haha poor dude!

    • I'm assuming you didn't get the $9 Dell printer, else you would've gotten another Dell printer for free the following week to use as backup lol

  • big props to the op… just gave the 200th pos vote… congratz.

Here is the one for inner-north sider melburnians

Worked at Brunswick West, VIC (Lygon St). This is how the convo proceeded after filling up and waiting in line.

Me: *hands CC and coupon over**

Indian counter guy: Where did you get this?

Me: Printout from my online Coles grocery receipt (in a firm tone)

Indian counter guy: We've had 6 of these already while scanning through the previous ones

Indian counter guy: All the numbers match on receipt

    Me: Not my problem

Then he proceeded with scanning my coupon

    • Scanning the voucher is the easy part for them. Wait till they have to explain to their boss why they accepted so many vouchers.

  • +1

Worked at Burwood, although the attendant asked where I got it. I said an email from Coles lol!!! I think he has been getting a few of these!!!

They questioned me all about it (2 guys), 1 guy got on the phone..

Eventually the other guy put it through..

Then the other guy got off the phone and said the vouchers were "fraudulent" and that "people were copying them"

    Too late bro!

Looks like a few Ozb's live around me :)

I walked out with a nice discount.

  • Guy at Sanctuary Lakes Shopping Centre said it was a scam. He said someone had forwarded an email and then pulls out a whole heap those coupons like mine from below. Counts them and says 'they are all the same number' (facepalm) and told him 'got from Coles.com.au'.

Also got told a tax invoice was needed.

Walked out… you guess the rest…

    • +1
