    I have read the size guide but that doesn't explain the size for suits. Is 112 the same size in jacket and pants or is it one or the other?

      Size 112 is the jacket size (chest size in centimeters). The corresponding trouser size is 96 (centimeters).

    Already got all the suits I need from previous TMS sales. If anyone is really unsure of sizing after looking at the charts, pop down to your local Myers and try them on then buy from TMS thats what I do.

      I bought a Van Heusen suit from Myer quite a few years ago, which was of good quality and set me back $250 ("heavily reduced - Myer style"). It was pure wool. I would expect that these are similar. It's a good brand, and $149 for pure wool is pretty spectacular.

      Be careful if you buy VH shirts the from the 'studio' range. Most of these are 100% cotton and very hard to iron and keep crease free. Also shorter than the usual VH range.

      ST = 80 CM
      REG = 83 CM

    Sorry to be that guy, but can you help me out in regards to fitting? Haven't bought from themenshop before but eager to if I can get something that fits well. Whats the difference between eurofit, slim fit etc? A link to a handy guide would be appreciated :)

      Hey mate,

      Euro cut is mid point between Classic fit and Slim fit. A good analogy is the difference between Baggy (classic fit) jeans and skinny (slim fit) jeans. Euro fit would be the mid point between these different cuts - tailored but not too tight.

        Thanks for the reply. Just looking at the fit guide, will the euro therefore correspond more to regular or to slim? Also am I just going crazy but why is the regular chest requirements for a small for example less than the small slim fit chest requirement? (eg Regular Fit S Chest - 86-92 vs Slim Fit Chest - 91-95) Shouldn't it be the other way round?

        I forgot to mention that under an impulse buy, I bought 2 suits and after the transaction went through, thats when I remembered about Small/Regular/Tall. Can the jacket sleeves be altered if I find it's to long?

          Hey mate, a tailor should be able to adjust this for you, no problem.

          A size 100 jacket has a centerback seam length of 74.5cm (ST) and 77 cm (REG).

          A ST trouser is 80 cm and REG is 83 when measured along the innerseam.

    Received mine yesterday, tried it on and is anyone elses like mine where the sleeves are too short for your arm length? the shirt underneath sticks out the whole cuff on mine. Not only that but when you do the buttons up the jacket becomes 'twisted' a little as if the hole should have been a bit further apart… I ordered the 108 Stout Pierre Cardin Black Stripe Wool Blend 2 Trouser Suit.
