Just bought, and i dont know why i did that

    • LOL, me too. Feeling sick/guilty from the thought of all that sugar already. :)

    • sigh .. same here

  • thank you, bought one:)

  • +3

Cheap but they do expire next week..

    • +5

Yeah, doesn't it take like months for COTD to send stuff out?

      • +1

I almost never buy from COTD, but the last time I ordered from COTD (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/97391) they shipped out next day. Here's hoping they're similarly speedy this time.

Wonder if they will arrive on your doorstep before the expiry date?
I placed an order two weeks ago for some lollies etc.. and its still PENDING
they are always quick to take your money but slow to send your stuff

  • Beat me to it lol.

    • They've been good lately. Received my lapdesk in less than 48 hrs and my knife sharpening thingy in 72 hrs. Pretty impressive actually.

  • +5

It's 'best before' rather than 'use by.' It's so filled with sugar/fats/preservatives that I'm sure it will be ok past the BB date. Besides the date is arbitrary, not like food is fine one day and then unedible the next.

    • I've stocked up on IKEA apple biscuits from the Adelaide store. 25c for 176g of biscuity goodness. Best Before date of 3/May/2013. Can happily report they taste just as good as biscuits purchased months before the Best Before date.

I'll paypal dispute if they turn up after the expiry date.

  • +3

    Made in China, FYI

    • +4

      Made in China, FTW!

      FTFY

CC says ive only been charged $1.50

  • It'll probably arrive on Monday. Two days to eat 90 wafers, no thanks.

    • +5

"Best Before" is different to "Use By"/"Expiration Date". These should be still safe to eat (assuming they are untampered) after the BB date. :)

      • Yep, Best Before just means best 'tasting' before the date supplied

    • You think they will self destruct on the best before date?

    • +1

Can always share with the ppl in the office / house / neighborhood

    • You could share them.

  • Yum here's to one cheap gorge session. Just need to find some discounted milk to go with. Cheers.

  • +1

It's best before 16/05/13 but it's good after 16/05 LOL

  • Made in China

you uh… really gonna eat that?

  • Cheap price but these are pretty terrible in flavour.

  • +2

Aw hell, I just bought 2 on two different accounts. Good for work? I suppose I'll be super popular until they run out.

  • 1.152kg of sugar for $2.50? I'll bite..

  • sold out when i was at check out-.-

  • Muchas gracias! Nom Nom.

  • out of stock

  • NICE****
Just bought 4. Gonna put them in the office kitchen and watch all the (bitchy kitchen food thieves) get fat asses from eating these baby's
Best 10 bucks ive ever spent

    • How did you buy 4 when it was limit 1 per customer?

      • buy one then make another order then make another order then make another order

  • He he, better than the 5 OzBargain suckers that got this: http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/99437

    • wow lol

    • They got fat AND spent money doing it.

  • You better eat them before the date or this will happen:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dcFMrzRn-L4

  • Can get some from here but $1.29 each
    http://www.nqr.com.au/catalogsearch/result/?q=oreo

    • We didn't buy them because we liked them…

  • Do you really think they'll get to your doorstep before the 16th of May?

    • +1

As mentioned above, this is a best before date, not an expiry date. Chocolate and sugar-infused foodstuffs tend to retain their eatability long after their best before dates.

Not that I am advocating people purchase this kind of stuff in bulk solely for themselves. :p

      • It usually gets better after the use by date…

  • Good for people currently living on $2 a day for charity.

I got the shipping notice too! My last two COTD orders (the last being the ATH-T400) have shipped the next day, which is rather impressive considering their reputation for slow shipping. :)

  • Just got my box of wafers at work. Damn, they are delicious.

    • WOWOW so fast!

also noticed both you and the user below are from Vic

      • I know! It's a bit crazy how quick it was!! It was on my desk at work when I came in this morning

  • Just got mine this morning at 8:30am. Large box!

  • Also received. They're actually quite nic…Ommmm nom nom nom.

  • Expiry 16/05/2013

    • Expiry or Best Before?

      • Oops sorry can't remember. Just saw the date on the outside box in big numbers.

One of few chocolate treats that are suitable for people with nut allergys.

Great product and great deal. Thanks OP.
