  • I'd recommend not getting these, the ones I got last time started peeling and now it just looks disgusting. Picked up a new case from Incipio - working pretty fine, been 3 months. But cases are never perfect, even the $70 lexington I bought has started to peel a little.

    • "the ones I got last time started peeling and now it just looks disgusting." you got it from kogan?

      • yeah, the one I'm talking about is the same one as this from kogan.

    • The genuine ones themselves start peeling after a year of moderate use, I can't imagine what a generic one would look like after a year of the same treatment.

  • its generic.. hmm how much the generics at ebay?

    • They're a bit more expensive, so if you still want to get generic ones or just temporary ones, go for these Kogan cases. At least you get 12 months warranty..

      • warranty on a $9 item or anything that costs more to send back than the item itself is a sham

        • Will cost about $5 to send back…

        • 500g express post satchel is $8

couriers for less but they usually require bulk buy and not many people go to the trouble

why go through the hassle when you can just buy another for $9?

  • +2

on 2nd thought im so disappointing from the kogan headphone deal so i will give them a miss

  • Love the smart cover, I got a cheapo one, has been great for about 8 months, the edge that is griped when opening the cover started peeling about 2 months ago and I just super glued it, it now seems to be losing it magnetization because it doesn't always lock, like someone else said the Apple ones have the same issues so don't think $40 is going to buy you something a lot better than this

    • I bought 2 genuine apple leather smart covers for $9.83 each at Target. Not sure if the price has gone up yet.

      • isn't that just designed for iPad2? (where the magnetic is different direction?)

        • Works perfectly on my iPad 3. But never know, just bring your iPad and try it on before you buy.
