MAKEWARNOTLOVE

I saw this on Games.On.Net and thought it was a cool promo to share to Ozbargain. Internode has recently upgraded the data allowance on their popular plans too, which might be handy for some.

They have very good customer service, mention this deal to them and they may offer you something.

      boo for coupon code choice

      • boo for coupon code choice

did you see the source of the code ? Games.net

    • Me too, been with them 7 years, upgraded one day before this promo started and they wouldn't budge when I called them up about it. Can't complain about the service though and free premium digitally imported stations is a decent bonus. I don't use the gaming network but I smash the radio stations constantly.

  • Link doesn't work. So no idea what the plans are. Why don't you tell us or proivde a link that works.

  • Here try this link http://www.internode.on.net/ it's on the main page btw:)

    • Even the promo links from the main page don't work. Offer is down.

  • Internode quality is crap now days since iinet took them over.

    • Internode free wifi in Adelaide is good

    • i must have been sleeping since i didnt know about the take over D:

    • i have not noticed any change in quality…they are not the cheapest but i have been with them since 2008 and never had a problem, i even signed up for the Mobile phone plan (previously was with Teltra and Virgin)

  • I am finding the NBN plan is very uncompetitive compared to APN Activ8.

I pay $69.95 for 150gb at 100/40 but at Internode, it would be at $95 for 300gb at 100/40.

However, customer service wise, Internode is clearly good.

The link to the deal is timed out (it keeps waiting and waiting…) by the way.

  • If Node is crap then I want to know who is better and cheaper?

    • I churned to Adam, they've been really good.

      TPG is pretty awesome

    • agree, if Node is crap, i would definitely like to know who is better (in terms of quality and service) not necessarily price…

*This promotion is valid until 31 August 2013. Available on any eligible 24-month Naked, DSL broadband or NBN plan. This offer is valid for new customers only. Not in conjunction with any other offer.

  • Yeah, don't do it, folks. They're good internet providers, but they're expensive. Internode have the absolute best technical people in the country, and the absolute most incompetent accounting department of any organization anywhere on the planet. I've been a broadband customer for years, but every time I have to deal with accounts, they leave me in such a rage… I complained to the TIO about them for the third time just yesterday.

    • Internode also made me mad beyond rage. I was on an unlimited plan, then I changed to a capped plan (this was going back a while ago).
I had used too much data in the previous month, so that when I changed plans, they crippled my download speeds (and VoIP). When I complained, they told me to get lost, so I did. And I took friends with me :)
I went to Adam, who were and are still much cheaper.
If you go Adam, I STRONGLY recommend you get their modem, otherwise your support will be crippled, particularly for VoIP. Their netcomm modems are much better than the old ones they used to sell.
If you do go Adam, you can always use me as a referrer ;)

$119.90 bundled with Internode phone for 600gb a month

Don't forget you are looking at a $79 setup fee in most cases.

$100 off is nice but these prices are approaching Telstra prices and at least as far as cabled areas are concerned, I reckon Telstra cable craps on Internode ADSL2+

You can get welcome credits and monthly discounts and free installation from Telstra too…

Also based on the comments above there are better ADSL2+ providers that are cheaper.

    No deal…

You can get another 5% off your internode monthly bill if you are a member of People's choice credit union.

    • Do you have a link for this? I think this existed before the merger, but can't find current details of the 5% offer. Thanks!

      • Sorry I don't. I am receiving it now on a FTTH plan which I signed up for about 9 months ago. If you ask the friendly helpdesk they should be able to implement it for you. It may be under 'savings and loans' discount, pre-name change to 'people's choice'
