      I'm not sure of the Ts and Cs but if you buy more than $20 you can complete the order.

      I added a $2 pair of gloves to my order and got it processed.

      However, I just got an email this morning stating that the male version of these gloves have sold out. A refund for this item will be organised and as an apology they have sent me a second $20 with free delivery coupon.I am assuming the other items will go through. Will update this post when I have more information

    Got the cancellation email and $20 voucher. Bought a pair of hiking shoes and socks. I chose pick up. Not bad as got free stuff in the end.

    I still have no refund thru and I payed with Paypal. They have to credit my Paypal account as there is no other way of refunding my money. Should be instant. I buy a lot of stuff online and this company is by far the worst experience I've had.

    Now I ordered some more gear with the voucher and paid a difference of $1. I get another email saying they have no stock and get another voucher. So far I have made 2 payments to them with no refunds . Will give it a few days then kick up a stink

        i had to email them after waiting a week and nothing bad come through. they refunded after i emailed ( back to paypal). so its best to contact them

          I got a refund almost the next day but no email to advise me of this and no voucher. Kinda sucks that I didn't get the jacket that I ordered because I am going away this weekend to a rainy place and could really have used that jacket :(

    Used the $20 voucher + $9 to buy a winter jacket and never receive the jacket and NO email replies to my emails in 3 weeks… Rays outdoor SUX!!
