  You seem to need to do flights one way and for each leg for the 2c flights to come up. Least that's what I've seen.

    The promo code field is directly under the link to search for flights on their website. This is used when the 5000 seats are all taken.

  The 50% off deal doesn't include taxes, so the flight's total cost is about the usual sale fare that Scoot runs for routes between Australia and Singapore. Also, as the 50% off deal is only for the Singapore-Australia leg, the total cost of a return flight isn't an amazing deal compared to other Scoot deals.
