      K400 and K400R are very similar just the K400R has the Win8 driver on the USB thats only difference

      You don't need to wait. Just go and pick up. They only need to see your license. I even provided a wrong email and phone number.

    *regardless if whether you think you're money is better spent on another keyboard.

    I caved and bought it, 3 year warranty means I'm comfortable with the decusion.

    Does the Logitech G710+ use cherry MX brown switches? If so aren't browns the quietest but also have the tactile feedback of blues (without the noise)?

      Yup CMX browns with O-rings underneath each switch to make them a significantly quieter. Tactile feedback is less than blues but still there unlike reds/blacks.

          My dream keyboard will be one that uses IBM buckling springs but with much lower actuation pressure. Unfortunately nothing like that exists.

      This is a great deal. I bought the G710+ yesterday from IJK at $165. The only problem was the keyboard didn't feel like a mechanical keyboard. It felt more like the other G keyboards. I have a Ducky Shine II with brown switches as well and the Ducky is much better. That said, for this price I think the Logitech is worth it.

      I just tried tried the keyboard out. Plugged it in waited a few minutes for the drivers to download and install,works perfectly and fits nicely in the laptop bag.

    The G710+ is the latest mechanical gaming keyboard I reviewed and really loving it so far. Love the volume rocker and brown cherry MX

      Hi king tight ass, I had the same issue. You need to get onto the homepage and click on the banner (scroll through the advertisements until you see welcome $5, Number 8). Enter your email address and code takes about 5 minutes to go through. You don't have to use with your account, I used a guest checkout.

    Wiley Park NSW store is the first one to run out of stock for any item on sale. It seems they only keep 10 items in stock in their store. I just spoke to them over the phone and they said next lot of stock will come on 09 September 2013 which is 15 days later from the time of placing the order. I thought they will try to bring in the stock early to fulfill the orders, but they said that they would just follow their usual slow turn around time.
