            • @steven823: They removed my refferal rights by creating 10 new refferal email in my3(oh, it's MY 3.)They even backcharged last year's referral credit. I think they were pissed off with the blackberry plan I posted 2 months ago.

  • hey guys, just wondering if anyone got the $64 cashback, I tried the link but sims it's expired, well, I got the 100 bucks, and it paid me the bill of last month!(i'm a existing customer), so is it possible if i still get the $25 refer? if I can, can anyone help?

  • hey all, just tryin to work this deal. does anyone know if when puttin in the 100special code, whether anything is meant to change on the screen? i mean, it doesnt say 100 credit or code approved anywhere… or does this only appear on your first bill?

  • It initially worked for me. Later 64$ of MoneyBackCo was rejected. I dont know the reason.

    Again this month I see a higher bill and found that 100$ bonus also reversed. Its written : Refer a Friend Promotion Reversal 14 May $100.00

    At the end what I can say is 'none worked and have to pay all bills and no bonus'. My question : Is it a planned cheating by three? I called three and they are telling the offer was for contract SIM. I asked, if so then why you credited 100$ in my last bill ! They answered, "it was an error by three". So wait guys, big bill is coming to you all I guess. I need to know the way to complain.

    • If you are still keeping the confirmation email of your order that states $100 credit on your first bill, then you can complain to TIO and you will win.

    there is no explanation, no email about the reversing of the 100 credit. how can they do it?
    besides i signed with three purely because of the 100 credit promotion, otherwise i will not sign this offer.
    i think they really made a mistake and i will definitely complain to TIO

  • Everyone check your latest bill… three just removed $100 credit from my account and wants me to pay $33 this month, so only giving a bit off the first month. Good bye three

    • currently arguing with "manager on phone" said i could have a $50 credit if i stayed with them, said no, but then said i still have to pay $33 owing. So i told him whos boss and he had to "check for something" puts on hold - then he credits all account.

  • Called up 3 refused to reverse the 100 credit currently putting a complaint in to the TIO.
    They reckon it is because its not on a 24 month plan even thou it doesn't say it needs to be, but i spoke to about 3 different people and they all had different reasons.

  • had the same problem, just skip the customer rep that answers and say
    u wanna speak to the supervisor and tell them if they cant resolve the
    problem you'll take to the TIO and they'll just fold and give u the
    credit.
