SLA Conditions

If your service drops below 100% uptime in any given month you will be credited with one free month of service. If you have signed up under a billing cycle that extends >over a month then we will credit you a prorated amount equivalent to one additional month of service. What are the planned maintenance work? How far ahead do you share this info? Care to show us your last 50, what they affected and how long they went for?

So if my monitoring tools tell me there's an outage but yours don't then it's not an outage?

  Hi there, maintenance may include scheduled system reboots, router/network reboots, OS/software updates that may cause service interruption. We generally try to announce any planned outages at least 1 week ahead of time. We haven't actually had any maintenance done that required the service to go offline at all over the past few months.
  
  As for your second question, yes, although we will not necessarily try and argue the fact if a customer does claim there was an outage on the server that he/she was on. This term is simply here to prevent abusive users who may try and take advantage of our SLA since we can't fully account for how well 3rd party monitoring systems can monitor our servers. We believe any in house monitoring systems we have in place are most reliable/accurate. We will launch a public server uptime/status page soon.
  
  The reads/writes figures are not guaranteed on a per account basis. You can surely have the possibility to burst up to these read/write speeds. However, these figures are meant to show how much throughput our SSD SAN storage can handle. Regardless, it is definitely a lot faster than most traditional hosting services using standard RAID configs with HDDs.
  
  We currently do not have any VPS plans available to the public. We are currently in our testing phases and will be launching cloud VPS plans in the future.

If I make an annual payment, is it possible to upgrade to a higher plan during this period by simply paying the extra charge for the remainder of the year?

Also, are you able to assist with migration of sites that are not hosted on a cpanel but rather proprietary platform (e.g. dreamhost)?

  The discount will be kept for future upgrades. So if you sign up today with the Basic plan and want to upgrade to the Advanced plan, you will only pay the pro-rated amount with the 50% discount pricing.
  
  We currently can only offer free migrations from cPanel to cPanel.

  Hi there, our Basic plan will only include free domain name registration if purchased on a bi-annual (2 year) minimum term due to the pricing nature of this promo.
  
  As you can see in our post "FREE Domain Name when Paid Annually (Basic Plan Exempt)".
  
  However, for any other plan, you will get a free domain name registration included.
  
  If you need a domain name, you can register one with us for $12.95
