      I'm an existing customer, and it worked fine for my login. Just skip the registration step, login instead, and then proceed with the rest of the steps, and should work fine.

        I think what he means is:

        artscow gives users credit for 'sharing/ branching'
        users generate their own unique codes to share and are rewarded by artscow.

        when users generate up to certain cash points, they can redeem using paypal.

          Its only "official codes" when artscow themselves release the codes.

          these user generated codes are still referal codes after all.
          This page just shows all the products that can be used by codes generated by users.
          nothing to do with whether they are official codes or not.

          The thing you haven't explained is why is the code you say is user generated also present on the page that explains how to get a user generated code? My conclusion is that although it is possible for users to create codes, not every bargain requires a user generated code, and this one in particular is not a user generated code.

    Pretty sure the code is a customised referral link since you can essentially choose whatever word you want on artscow provided it is not taken already. I have to commend him/her though, for making it coupon-like. Bet the person is rolling in credit right about now.

        The code in question was not created by Artscow themselves.
        http://www.artscow.com/unique-code (if you've logged in), you will find the option to either
        a) use the pregenerated code
        b) make your own customised code

        To prove my point, I posted a code (which should have done the exact same thing as the code in the OP) but has since been redacted due to it being a a referral despite not having the jumble of letters and numbers which we usually expect.

    Artscow mousepads are awesome.

    I found this picture 2 years ago and ordered mine. Took about 2-3 weeks to arrive. It's big enough and good quality. Mine still hasn't broken on any corner or faded.

          single use relates to the promo not the individual code so if you have ordered a 6.99 phone from that IP address it wont work again. If everything else looks right and you haven't ordered on the promo previously, you could try a different IP address

      Some of their codes are one time use only on an IP address and might not work if you have ordered under a previous deal.

        Ahhh yes you are right, It was a IP thing, however I've never been to this website before and the only other person who shares internet with me is my brother, he hasn't been heard of artscow, maybe someone near my location ordered one and thus it told me I couldn't use the code.

        This happens a lot. A few times I designed something, expecting it to cost one price, then found out it would be a lot more expensive - either the special had expired, or I hadn't read the terms in conditions properly, or the wording was ambiguous.

        I gave up in the end. While their normal pricing is probably pretty good for custom stuff, it is not a bargain. No, hang on, I remember why I gave up - I ordered a small poster print off them which cost me about $20 including post, and they stuck a bright red 25mm artscow advertisement banner across the top. That ruined my print, I thought.

    Through me off right at the end before payment when it says "Color: WHITE" Given my image is of the milky way against some dark trees a white backing would look pretty average. Couldn't see any way to change it though, don't think it will actually be white hopefully.
