You will take the time to install it, and then remove it…I got one last deal and it uses a dyno/hydroelectric system to give it power as the water flows through, great system, no batteries, no corrosion as its all plastic etc etc…but it makes an awesomely loud screeching/whirring sound…I got two last deal, they both make the same sound, slightly different pitch. Still its totally worth it for prank value when I put it on the office kitchen tap.

Had no issues with the website thus far. Ordered 3 things over the last 2.5 weeks and haven't received anything as yet (but others have just started receiving their LEDs today. One item i ordered last week is still showing as processing.
Looks like your typical chinese DX clone drop-shipper ie: unknown processing and delivery times.
Shipping is ok . I ordered an led torch 11/01/2014 and just receive it today (18/02/14) but some people got it within 1-2 week

US44c for a water powered led that fits on the kitchen tap. Worth it to get that water powered generator. Not going to generate much power but hey - the council is providing the water pressure. Free power!

actually why doesn't every house have a water turbine connected at the front of the house? or the water company has them on major pipes?
people use water, water flows, flowing water turns turbine, turning turbine creates electricity.
Because the water isn't being driven by gravity; it's driven by pressure. More precisely, machine driven pressure. Basic physics would show that adding turbines would require more pressure (energy) to get the water through the turbines. Add the inefficiencies of transferring energy and you have a lot of lost potential.
I don't think it is a very efficient transfer of energy. The water company has to pay to pump the water into water towers etc. The cost of the water you take would likely cost more than saved.

Says on the page that the coupon codes are valid for the registered users (was not applying the code and I registered myself and now it is working)
I think it is a way to get access to hundreds or thousands of new users (and then sending them marketing emails unless you untick the check box at the time of registration)
Untick the box AND use a shitbox email address, no worries.

MyLED.com requires Paypal authentication (if paying by Paypal) before they give you a shipping quote, which means you have to accept the shipping fee regardless.
I just purchased and there is a shipping calculator which was accurate and also the actual shipping before I logged in to Paypal and confirmed payment.

from memory they look too big, need to see if they'll fit in the car. I'll try tomorrow.
I finally got mine. Fitting is average and made out of plastic. Great for novelty value. The blue colour into the stainless sink makes everything have a purple hue to it which is actually quite annoying. Makes quite a bit of noise as the little generator spins.
For it's novelty value though its the best 44c I think I have ever spent.
Is there a minimum order?
