        My amex sends me a sms whenever I spend over $100. Without fail everytime I order more than $100 from Woolworths I get a sms as soon as I hit place order then I get another one with the exact same amount about 5 minutes later.

        The 2nd charge never ends up sticking so I wouldn't worry about it.

    Got "Sorry, you are not eligible for this coupon promotion. Please call our Customer Service Team on 1800 000 610 for assistance." when I tried to apply each coupon to my order (both coupons received the same response) on my Chrome browser.

    Called the customer team and the operator explained to me that the system was not operating and to call tomorrow. Frustrating, but to be expected with such a wide-ranging special. Was looking to get $20 off a bottle of spirits (taking it to $32 around $10 cheaper than the standard price at Dans) so not an 'out of this world offer' but worth taking. I think the coupons should still be available as many users seeing this promotion have not registered with woolies online and if every other new user's experience is just as frustrating I doubt they will be coming back to use the site (unless a similar promotion happens in the future and even then some may avoid the site due to the previous experience). Maybe the specials are cutting margins out completely but to get new users online I could see it being a justifiable marketing cost.

        I don't have one. I read the thread saying that you may need one for it to work sometimes but the page didn't request a ERN so didn't think it was a factor. Also the operator did not mention everyday rewards. I am more than happy to put my purchase on someone else's rewards card if anybody cares to share their number.

          Just applied for one online. Could only enter one of the coupons. I am assuming that if I ring up again and quote them the customer service team won't be able to manually add one more either. So it is ten dollars off which makes the liquor the same price as Dans. Not worth it for me since I live less than 200 metres away from a Dans (my regular). Understand there is a convenience factor but it's more convenient for me to walk five mins to my Dans and pick up a bottle than to wait a few days for my bottle to get delivered.

          Disregard that message, it will still give you the $20 discount.
          Do you still have free shipping available? Maybe that is where the extra cost is coming from. Just make a new account if this is the case.

          Yes the second coupon still applied for the $20 even though (confusingly) there was an error a message on the screen stating it was not applied… Appreciate your interest in my case, it was annoying the operator did not mention that everyday rewards was necessary but I guess it's like instore where if you want a special now you have to scan one of those cards…

    Worked on ipad app. Both codes accepted to get $20 off but couldn't get free delivery. So decided to click and collect.

    When I entered the 2nd code, it gave an error saying only 1 code is allowed but I still get 2 x $10 off in the cart.

    With Android App I can apply both codes, but it charges for shipping on weekend. Using mobile site I can only use one code and it charges for shipping. Using website I can only apply one code, but there is no shipping charge on the weekend.

    Is this consistent with what others are getting?

        Have you tried the Woolworths Android app? It will give you that error message when you redeem the second coupon, but will still apply the discount.

      For all Ozbers have the same problems:

      Please use phone app to do it, either iphone or andorid version! I tried checkout on iPhone App of woolworth, it worked, I can see $20 dicounts applied.

      I think this is an bug for woolworth apps, while good to know it :)

    Did it on the phone - got to over $100. Applied both codes successfully and then took the extra purchases off. But when I went in to pay the order went back up by $20. I was paying by gift card.
    Now I am trying again and I get the error saying that you cannot use more than one code on this order.
    Did anybody else experience this? Is it the free weekend delivery causing this?

    I felt kind of bad using these codes last night as I thought it was a system error and Woolies wouldn't be happy in the morning. However, now that I am still able to use them at almost 10am WA time, I figure they have had heaps of time to fix the error, so I don't need to feel so bad.

    So I just bought a bunch of cat food, that was already on special, plus the $20 discount, to donate to a local cat shelter. Happy days. Thanks OP :)
