lol. She's been looking for a 32 inch TV bargain for a long time now.
SweetStella, still haven't bought your TV yet? I bought the $299 UA32H4000 last week and currently enjoying streaming my TV show collection from Macbook Pro to the TV via a Chromecast. Much better setup than an expensive smart TV.

This one doesn't seem like a bargain to me.As people have said.. Dont worry about a smart TV. Just make sure you have a spare HDMI and buy a chromecast
UA32H4000 is a 720p HD TV. This model in the topic is a 1080p full HD.

Doesn't have smart feature, but for for this price range and size of TV, it really doesn't matter. TBH I have a smart TV and its cumbersome to say the least.
She's already bought the Samsung.
Pity Stella didn't buy the LG 1080p IPS model for the $399 that's a real nice buy and it's a 2014 model. I remember paying $900 for an LG 32" 720p TV back in 2009. How prices fall over time when you now can get a 32" 1080p IPS for $399.
