MOD — we have been contacted by someone representing Lion Co stating that

The offer has now closed with over 5,000 valid claims for gifts being received. The vouchers you continue to promote do not comply with the terms and conditions of the offer which required the submission of an online claim form and are thus not able to be redeemed.

Therefore,

  • Offer marked as Out of Stock
  • URL reverted to the online form
  • If you did not use the form to claim, it would be violating the terms & conditions and don't expect it to be honoured.

Good deal for those that are interested in giving it a go but didn't want to spend over $30 for one.

Form isn't working any more so the link has been updated to take you directly to the voucher, print and enjoy.

/\ they seem to have taken the voucher down so here's a email voucher you can print.

        Well in that case it's not a limit of 5000 because more that 5000 vouchers can be printed. There is no guarantee if you have the voucher you will get the tap king dispenser.

          Very true, and they may lose a lot money unless there are only 5000 units national wide. But then people who receive the code but can't find stock because of others over claiming will start to complain.

          It's more that there would be 5000 available, and each store would be allocated a certain amount, based on size, location, sales, etc..

          Now it's a freaking egg hunt to find somewhere with one in stock!! :(

        I wouldn't bother, the effort to hacking a tap king as opposed to twisting open a soda bottle seems not worth it in my opinion. someone posted abut hacking it, costing 50 bucks. meh.

    The voucher code seems to be generic. I first tried one of my gmail accounts and was still waiting for the code after 10 mins then I tried another gmail account. Then, the vouchers suddenly turn up on both account at the same time and both have the same code and bar code.

    Mine was instant. Thanks OP. I already have one, but feel that I'll break the plastic every time. A spare for free is perfect!

    Also; you need to have the kegs cooled in the fridge for 9 hrs. Otherwise, you get heaps of head.

    Got my voucher, quick maths tells me that its more valuable to buy a case as this has to be consumed within 21 days of opening…. Will try it out though as

    A)The tap was free

    and

    B) I like the idea of not having to get up to get a beer out the fridge

    I have a feeling novelty will wear off and this will reside right next to my magic bullet in the bottom corner kitchen cupboard.

        That was just a weird breakdown. Got 1 tap and 1 bottle, the deal must have been $7 off if you buy a tap and bottle at the same time so it worked out that I got $7 off the bottle given that the tap was free.

    Lucky for me, I have a 1st Choice and Liquorland in the same complex (Burwood East Kmart). Printed two vouchers, one for me and the other for the old man!

    Walked into 1st Choice and the guy goes "I know, I've had a few already come in", and then Liquorland as I was claiming another chick walks in asking for the TapKing and I said "hey, I'll show you" (then got her number). Last bit may/may not have occurred lol.

        If it's any help, when I showed him the voucher, he seemed clueless about it. Had to give the fine print a good read before he proceed. So it's obvious there hasn't been anyone before me to that store to redeem it.
