    Not sure about that.

    I'm using 9web for web site and domain name hosting for almost a year since a similar deal in October last year.
    The one time I needed to reach support I discovered it is email only, which is fine, but they don't reply, which is not. It wasn't a single mail that got lost.

    So this is a great example of "what you pay is what you get".

      Ive had to use their support once as my paypal was locked (;D) so they could extend my date a little longer, and they were exceptional. I like them!

      yep. you get what you pay for.
      while i haven't had any issues getting a response via email and everything works fine, they're not exactly the most professionally tech-savvy bunch out there.

      I had to open a support ticket with them once. 5 minutes later I received a response and the issue was resolved. I thought that was quite outstanding.

    So when i transfer i pay $10 to transfer and $12 for a year of hosting, this gives me 2 years of hosting?

      No. The year of renewal is for your domain.

    all .au transfers are free as per auDA. new registrar will charge if within 90 days of expiry.

    I went to add another service to my existing and noticed that my previous service's code did not work and am paying the $2/month not the $1/month…be careful as even trying to add the second service the code did not work the first 3 tries though did work the fourth time.

    not sure what to do with the first service now though as i am paying double…..arrghh!

    Rep, code doesn't seem to be working for the biennial or triennual billing options?

    Also, does this price last for the duration of the account? The reason I ask is that on the order page it says "Total recurring: $12 annually", but this would defeat the purpose of 2 or 3 year billing options…
