      • Getting smaller, because they have to sell something.

Not always. this deal was less than a month ago and It included games, pre paid and apple products. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/161891

    • can someone please do a graph of these sales that includes beginning and end of sale so we can make sense of this madness. maybe colours for exclusions or symbols

      • Previous $ Off would never exclude games and would also not have a list of brands not accepted like fitbit and so on. When there is a single $ Off like $10 off $50 spend they usually allow all brands and prepaid in those sales, although gaming is now still excluded and of course the iphone 6 and gift cards.

          LMAO

      • I honestly can't see them discounting a hot selling item like the Chromecast for a while…if you want one on the cheap, your best bet would be to grab a few of the $10 for $5 DSE cards to offset the purchase…they seem to be coming up pretty much weekly now.

I got mine in the last $15 off deal that didn't exclude them…ended up being $34, which is a fair price; it's a cool gadget, but I wouldn't want to pay much more than $34 for it…

    • Just buy a fire tv from amazon when they are us$84, you'll be much happier with the purchase.

looks at three chromecasts, not even plugged in

always jacked up prices before discount code. SEAGATE Backup Plus 2TB Portable $129 with code, thats the normal price everywhere !!!

  • Been waiting for these to pick up a Kindle. thanks!

  • Does anyone own the Netgear N300 Wireless modem router?? Is it good?

    • +1

To be honest, I'm not a fan of either Belkin or Netgear routers, nobody that I know (myself included) has ever had a good run with them, YMMV however.

I try to stick with Linksys (Cisco) nowadays; but failing that, Billion or TP Link are very good as well.

      • +1

Linksys = Belkin, Cisco sold it last year

        • Thanks for the heads-up…I just googled it to confirm:

According to Chet Pipkin, CEO of Belkin, "The Linksys portfolio will continue to exist and evolve to include even richer user experiences and network management functionality."

That's sort of hopeful news…here's hoping they don't Belkinize the Cisco side of the operation too much! :'(

  • Can any one comment on the LG G3 VF mobile phone. With this discount it is $569.
Not a bad price for unlocked.
I assume VF means Vodafone but what does that actually mean?

    • Looks like its locked to Vodafone, not much info on it

      • I was told it isnt locked to Vodaphone (staff in a store) but couldn't tell me anything else.
Just wondering if it would work with Telsra and if it has Voda software installed.

        • Wouldn't stress there will be a cheaper g3 someday soon especially with xmas coming up. I would contact dse if you want to know more info on it :)
