All Angry Birds Games on Windows Phone Now Free

650

If you own a Windows Phone, and lets face it, after the latest deals with the Nokia 530 we all should (personally my family are rocking Nokia 520's, Nokia 920's, and I'm rocking the monster Nokia 1520), you should all be chasing some quality games to play.

After making the odd game (Angry Birds Rio, Seasons, etc.) free, Rovio has just made the decision (likely in the lead up to releasing Angry Birds Transformers) to make EVERY existing Angry Birds game on Windows Phone FREE!

Direct links to the Windows Phone Store:

Angry Birds
Angry Birds Rio
Angry Birds Seasons
Angry Birds Space
Angry Birds Star Wars
Angry Birds Star Wars II
Angry Birds Go!
Angry Birds Epic
Bad Piggies

(I've uploaded a picture of the Angry Birds logo and not put a link in the main header - hoping this is OK, as there is multiple links. First time poster and all, hoping this is all OK!)

They do this on every platform. They add in stupid paid upgrades etc. They're not really free now, just freemium like everything else.

Do you think they make these games impossibly difficult, unless you pay for powerpacks/boosters/upgrades?
I'm normally quite good at gaming but always get stuck on levels with this series.
Might try out the SW titles ; love the whole theme and it will keep the proven formula fresh.
+1 OP just for your WP loyalty and passion - it's a growing movement and great alternative to Android/iOS.

Gotta say I do love Windows phone, but I've been rocking them since they were Windows Mobile devices, and before then was tethering Windows CE PDAs…

(feeling old now… that's not even close to the oldest mobile tech I've rocked)

        • You honestly deserve a medal.

  • Maybe you could link to all Rovio apps in your main link instead of the picture?

  • Epic was always free i thought, and its a long slog if you dont purchase stuff.. :)

  • Good to see it's free now on wp. I don't mind the ads, just not paid to win.

  • Great share for my kids.

  • It's not free on Windows 8 Metro store yet.

Does anyone know if it will be in the future?
