Just tried and it worked. Bought $19 worth of food for free; will see how it goes. Thanks OP!

  • Is it Qld only?

  • Just ordered, prices are ordinary but 30 worth for 10 not bad,

    • It seems ordinary because we're flooded with Chinese/imported junk at the supermarkets.

They're also selling at much smaller volumes.

      • They accepted order but dont debit until it's checked not sure what the t's & c's are so maybe it wont be accepted.

  • When ordering, do you get a confirmation email or an order number stating your order has cone through or is processing?

  • Hmmm, I'm not sure how this one will go, given the somewhat restricted delivery days, and linked "delayed payment" system. See an online chat I just had with a dude on their website re delivery, below:

    Gumby:
Hello Awesomo, how may I help you today?

    Awesomo:
Good thanks. I'm wondering how much delivery to Heidelberg West would be please?
    Post code = 3081

    Gumby:
That will depend on the Delivery day Awesomo, we have delivery fee thresholds, for Fruit and Veg delivery days, orders over $25 have free delivery, under $25 has a $5 fee, for your Milkman/Butcher day this has a smaller threshold of 2 items with a $1 delivery fee or 3 items for free delivery.

    Awesomo:
What are the F&V delivery days please?

    Gumby:
Could i confirm your street name there please Awesomo and I'll check that for you now.

    Awesomo:
    (xxxxxxx)

    Gumby:
Thanks for that Awesomo, the Fruit and Veg deliveries would be on Thursday there, unfortunately we've missed the 12:00pm cut off for tomorrow's orders so the next day we could organise is next week on Thursday the 15th or Monday's for our Milkman/Butcher range.

    Awesomo:
OK. What about standard groceries? Or does everything sold on the site come under one of those categories?

    Gumby:
All of our items are divided into those two categories, beneath each item on the website will be an apple for Fruit and Veg or Milk Bottles for milkman/butcher to indicate which delivery date is available.

    Awesomo:
Ok. So I can order/pay now, for delivery on one of those days you specified; jan15 for FruitnVeg, or jan12 for Butcher&Dairy?

    Gumby:
You're more than welcome to place an order now Awesomo, our payments are processed the day before delivery, so the order would remain available for editing up until 12:00pm the day before delivery and the payment processes automatically after this.

    Awesomo:
Ah I see. Okay cheers mate, you've been a great help.
    OVER and OUT!

    Gumby:
No worries at all Awesomo, have a great afternoon

Little bit concerned about the below condition - will we be charged $10 for an esky?

    https://www.aussiefarmers.com.au/secure/downloadfile.asp?fil…

    Receiving Your Products
You will receive the products to the delivery address you provide.

Milk & Bread deliveries will arrive in a re-usable AFD Esky Bag. We charge a $10 fee for the Esky Bag.
Fruit & Veg deliveries come in an AFD Box.

Boxes are unable to be collected from customer properties, as they can’t be reused due to health
    and safety regulations.

It is your responsibility to ensure your esky bag is placed at the agreed location the night before
delivery of a Milk & Bread order so that your products can be placed in the esky bag.

If the esky bag is not left out, Franchisees will provide you with a replacement. You may be charged a
fee of $10.00 (subject to change) for any additional esky bag.

Some or all of your order may not be delivered if a bag is not available.

    • Im a little concerned about the $10 charge too. Seriously it actually doesnt seem like a really good deal if you are forced to buy an esky for $10.

  • It wont let me pay. Confirm checkout button does nothing.

    • no worries, all sorted.

  • Ordered myself the small fruit/veg box for $6 :D

  • does it ask for credit card no?

    • if you buy for over $20, yes it will ask for credit card no

      • but i purchased for $19 but then it is asking card details

      • does any one having trouble with checkout.
it is possible to buy without entering card details?

        • Checking out is a little different, they dont make that clear enough. What you need to do is confirm your order (must be registered) and then the day before it gets sent out you pay. Thats my impression of how it works.

        • @boogaloo: so the card details should be entered?

        • @Chocky:

I'm not sure because I entered mine to start with..

  • Site is crashing for me! Anyone else?

  • I got to the screen where I enter my credit card details but wanted to change my order so I clicked cancel. It now won't let me apply the credit (I assume the system thinks the credit has been used).

C'mon guys - I'd like to support you but your LiveChat was also not responded to in a quick manner.

  • Crashing for me too

  • Thanks bought some fruit

  • crashed for me too.. just says 'loading' after I enter the code in

  • Family lasagne and family meat pie - $5.81 Delivered, NICE

Because I only use a debit card for online and will never use any of my credit cards online it will not let me purchase lol

    • I also use a debit card and it let me complete the order

      • retried and went through,,weird

  • Its saying that I can only get delivery on a certain date (Tuesday for most items) and the code can only be used on a Saturday. Is anyone else getting restrictions on the products they can put into the cart?

  • And do you get order confirmation, this website is a little confusing with the order confirmation

  • -2

Hi guy. I sign up and I put in the code, nothing happened. ??

  • Sorry to say this, but this deal feels like its not as good as it sounds. It forces you to order only certain things and have a minimum order quantity of 3 items and in the fine print says you will get charged $10 for the Esky for the Milk and Bread Deliveries. The code will only work for Milk and Bread Deliveries for me to get delivered on a certain day, ie wont word for Fruit and Vegetable deliveries. Also, I almost got caught out with the "weekly deliveries". I think people should order with caution.

  • All good for me. $25 fruit and veg for $5.

  • +1

I guess they are using this offer as a loss leader and hoping a % will turn into repats orders.

I'm just wondering, if the fruit and veg turn out to be good, will there be 2nd orders and what if it's say $20.

    • "if the fruit and veg turn out to be good, will there be 2nd orders and what if it's say $20."

This question does not make sense. What exactly are you asking?

  • People are saying that they are getting $20 worth of product on this order.

Will people put in a 2nd order if it goes up to the regular price of say $20 for that 2nd order, or will they not order again and return to Coles etc?

I thought that sentence did make sense, but that's just me.

  • I was thinking of just ordering some nuts, would I get charged for the box?

Even if my order is only $18 they still ask for credit card details, can anyone confirm that they weren't charged anything extra?

    • I think the nuts are with the fruit & veg deliveries that don't require an esky.

  • I will give them a ring in morning to double check!

  • Driver just texted me he's delivering my fruit box to me tonight… it's midnight already lol

    • +2

Was patiently waiting for my delivery…. 1am in pure darkness I go to check my front door before bedtime and bam my fruit box is there! Didn't know Santa delivers fruit now?

All looks good - bananas are green though.

  • Is the Confirm checkout button actually suppose to do anything ? made order for Wednesday entered card details but couldnt confirm and have had no email responses,,very odd

    • mine arrived today and the quality is very ordinary

      • Agreed. The grapes tasted ok but were kinda sad and about the same quality I'd get from a supermarket…peaches and nectarines were small and only alright.

  • +1

My delivery was pretty good! Very generous quantities of everything, seems very fresh.
