      • I'm emailed Kogan again and they replied saying:

Our global distributors have informed us of an unexpected supply shortage, and we are unable to ship your [item] as quickly as originally expected.

Please accept our sincere apologies for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause you.

We now expect your order to ship within the next 5 business days

Now tbh I don't think they'll meet this new target, they have been quite disappointing so far
But I will give them the benefit of the doubt and wait.
If I need to escalate this and file a dispute is it better to go through PayPal or eBay?

    • don't know what to do. Just got email from Kogan:

Due to overwhelming demand, we are unable to supply your order as originally expected.
We understand that this is not the best news and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you. Kogan.com is renowned for having a diverse range of products and our sales team will happily help you choose an alternative product.
Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to hearing from you soon!

      Kindest Regards,
      The Kogan.com Team

don't buy anything you don't want… better to get back cash in hand and you can look for your next purchase.

        • Ordered an iphone6 plus 128G for 1170, while other places sell it for 1400+, I think that's the real reason they cancel my order. kind of disappointed.. :(

        • @fm365net:
Did you get your money back?
I got an update yesterday saying my order has been shipped.
I checked the tracking today (29 Apr) at 8:30am and it said it's been picked up for transit with the time stamp given as 10:40 am 29 Apr
Which is in the future…. So I'm not sure what kind of tracking I've got going on here

        • @supbah: yes got my money back yesterday but i don't like it this way. I want the phone with that price:(
