      I don't know! Have you taken into account the overheads and costs? Also, comparing the prices you can see how much cheaper our saffron is with better quality when checking the major supermarkets prices with no gift wrap and free shipping.

        (Talking about overhead costs) Mate, what I see in consumer market, is that if you buy more, you pay less.
        On your store, 1gm costs $4.90
        2gm should cost less or at-least equal to $4.9+$4.9=$9.80
        Instead it costs $11.60
        Makes sense?

        Yep, I usually do my own gift wrapping.

        For 1g of Saffron, I reckon in would cost me about 20 cents worth of paper, sticky tape and labour…

          I don't understand what you're on about mate. $15.08 for 2 grams of premium saffron is still way cheaper than 100mg (0.1 gram) for $14.00 in wooloies or Coles or any other company in that sense.

          You find Grade-1 all red Sargol Persian saffron cheaper than what we offer and I will price match + further 10% discount just for the giggles.

    Might be a good deal, but Mother's Day for real??

    Can see this being received as well as the proverbial magic beans. "Sweetheart, instead of the usual fluffy dressing gown and slippers and chocolates, the kids and I decided to get you… saffron!" Maybe next year, frankincense and myrrh.

      A lot of the ladies I work with love saffron and on the very rare occasion buy it at markets (and come back talking about they feel guilty for the spend) I bet they would absolutely love to receive this from their families but probably never would.

      In some cases, being creative is better than default gifting.
