I feel sorry for all those scalpers. A diamond seat for less than $70 isn't too bad of a deal, to see Britney sing, oops, perform.

I went to the sydney show and it was a great.
I was one of the first 100 people in line for the GA standing area and they gave us a free upgrade to VIP!
So maybe if you come early you'll get a free upgrade too.Thanks for the advice. :) How much before the official start time did you get there?
My friend watched her performance at Perth, really disappointed because she's lip singing.
Why would anyone want to watch a "singer" that lip syncs?

Even if you bought me a ticket.. and gave me an additional $60 (and the condition was I HAD to go.. I couldn't just keep your $60 and stay at home).. I still would not go.
It was in paper yesterday that they have been giving away tickets as well as to charities.. cos' it's there's lots of spare room :p

Watched the performance in Sydney, Diamond Seat for $50, it was worth the money as my gf enjoyed the performance. Who cares if its lip sync or not, as long as my partner is pleased and thats whats important :)
I had considered going to this when there was a $50 ticket deal for Brisbane, but after hearing reports of full paying customers walking out, i thought no way. I would have gone if she actually sings.

Show was good - better than expected. It's not just a boring concert where you hear the exact same music that you have at home on cd - it's actually a show.
The key word is 'performer' cause she certainly isn't singing. You might as well watch any other person doing her moves and moving her mouth to the lyrics. It would be no different. Nobody should have to pay anyone to watch them lip sync.
Go see a real band for once in your life!
This is a deal just like any other on this site. If someone did not like HDD's at all and preferred SSD's would it be ok for them to vote negative on a deal where a HDD is cheaper? NO. In this case these tickets used to be quite expensive and now they are at a "bargain" price. Don't like 'em? Who cares. This isn't an advertisement or a discussion on whether you like it or not; this is a discussion on the price relative to it's original cost.
In that case, it proves that the tickets were grossly overpriced for what you were getting in the first place (a lip sync show).
I saw her tonight, I enjoyed it. Though I was given free tickets… Apparently there were thousands of free tickets floating around today. You know that she's going to lipsync, but she actually sang one song and it was pretty decent. The actual SHOW itself was pretty good.

I hate Britney Spears with a passion for being a talentless bum, but this is still a good deal for those that do want to see her, and do like her music.
Going to a real concert is NOT like a CD/DVD or anything else. This IS a bargain, so voting neg because you don't like her is just lame.
I cant believe no one has negged for the fact that Ticketek has once again lowered the price of tickets due to lack of sales, once again screwing the customers who previously paid.

True it does screw Britney fans, however it also screws scalpers. Anything that screws scalpers is a good thing IMHO.

Nothing wrong with Ticketek lowering the price. This is no different than those last minute hotel bookings, either you pay a premium and secure a room early, or try to save money by booking late while risking no rooms left.
$120 + $4.95 ticket collection fee = 2 x tickets = 1 x happy wife.

Point is that this is pretty much half price tickets. Anything half price is usually a good deal regardless of what it is. Half the other stuff on this site I wouldn't even think about buying, but a bargain is a bargain.
The best thing about this is that you can go to Big W, buy any blank CD and tell your friends its a LIVE RECORDING of Britney singing at the concert.
I feel so dirty for buying these tickets for my wife, but I've voted it up! :)
