90% off New cPanel Web Hosting Services at Zuver

220
ZUVER90

Until the end of June, you can take a massive 90% off the first invoice of any NEW cPanel hosting service with Zuver. All of our brand new DELL servers are hosted in Sydney for fast and reliable speeds to your web site.

To take advantage of this awesome offer, simply head to our web site and use coupon code ZUVER90.

This discount only applies to the first invoice and the price will revert to our everyday low price upon renewal. You do not have to renew and can cancel at any time.

Zuver is the budget arm of VentraIP Australia, the largest privately owned domain name registrar in Australia (think Jetstar and Qantas without the bitchy crew!). All Zuver services come with 24/7 ticket support at no additional cost and a full range of self-service features through our control panel and cPanel.

  • Can i make a new account and move my cpanel over?

    • If its an existing service with Zuver then unfortunately not. If you have a cPanel service with another web hosting provider then you can definitely move that one across! :)

  • Can I pay ahead for more than a month on my first invoice to get the discount on more than a month? All of the pricing etc on the web site is per month, so it looks to me like the discount is effectively only of the first month. Is this correct?

    Also, I currently have my domains registered (but not hosted) via Zuver. Will the discount apply if I add hosting to my current account? Or would I need to setup a new account with a different email address?

    • You can prepay up to 1 year in advance with that coupon, so take advantage of it! As long as it's a new hosting service the discount will apply, even if you already had an account. Hope that makes sense!

      • Thanks @ventraip. I just picked up 12 months of multi-hosting for <$10. If I find some friends to share the account with, it will get even cheaper!

      • My hosting account is still showing as pending, almost 24 hours after I purchased it. How long should it take before my hosting account becomes active?

  • +1

    Signed up on their last deal, discovered was missing emails, contacted support, replied with "it's my fault" response, ended up going back to old host, things working much better! That is all…

    • You don't still happen to have the ticket ID for that issue? I would like to check it out as you should not be getting responses like that.

    • I got the same. Website said, here have all these features, I sign up and find out, here choose one of these features at a time.

      When I logged a ticket asking how I can have email forwarding and DNS hosting, I get told to "move to VentraIP since Zuver can't do that right now."

      Granted this is for their domain service, but still.

      • I'm sure I've done that in the past as i use Google Apps or zoho for my email but then have my web sites with other parties. My domains are still with zuver.

        On my primary domain it is set up via the mx records. i haven't moved any of my sites back to zuver yet so I can't confirm how that works but will report back if i can get it working.

      • So you signed up for web hosting? Did you sign into cpanal? Then you can find it. It is simple if you try to find it.

        • I had hosting elsewhere (Squarespace), I just wanted to use Zuver for domain rego to keep the costs down.

  • can I move my WHM account with Ventra over to Zuver WHM , is that an easy task being the same company?

    • You can, but it depends how many individual cPanel services you have sitting in the VIP one. Any more than 10 and Zuver charges a migration fee per account.

  • can I prepay 2 years for the $2 per month…. there is only 1 year option

    also I ave two free months to run from the old 9web days… can I set the payment to start in August please?

    • We only allow for up to 1 year at a time, and unfortunately we cannot adjust the dates. We may do another one of these sales later in the year but I cannot be certain.

    Used a similar offer a long while ago for a small project for Uni. Just hosting wordpress, but it's worked flawlessly :)

  • "think Jetstar and Qantas without the bitchy crew!" I dont want the meal tho… or to pick my seat… or the extra 23kgs thanks

    • That's why you would choose Zuver over VentraIP Australia! Because you don't need phone support, and you don't want LiteSpeed, and you don't want SSD servers! :)

  • this is the no frills ventra

  • When does this offer expires?

    • "Until the end of June, you can take a massive 90% off the first invoice of any NEW cPanel hosting service with Zuver"

      • Thank you.

  • the discount is only for hosting and not for domain transfers.!

  • Ventraip - I got caught with one of these offers with another hoster that advertised Unlimited email accounts.. And then found out after signing up that each account was limited to 500mb !

    What is the allowed email size here ?

    • I think you are allow to have up to the size of your set limit. Just make sure most of your storage is not used for only email. If you are after email, check out Zoho.

      • Thanks for that Pinkie poo.

        I forgot to mention the other host said unlimited space too .. Cheers

    • It's all covered in their acceptable use policy (AUP) https://zuver.net.au/docs/aup.pdf with all web host you should always read the "Terms, Policies and Agreements" https://zuver.net.au/terms

      Prohibited Use
      Shared cPanel web hosting Services may not be used for the following purposes:
      For storage of email data exceeding 5GB in total per service; this total encompasses all email inboxes additional directories within the cPanel service including the default catchall email account.

      For most shared web host email is considered as a secondary service to the web hosting account and is often restricted, if you need more take a look at a dedicated email solution. Take a look at Zoho Mail they offer free accounts on their dedicated email solution.

  • Hi Rep,
    If I have an existing service with VentraIP business hosting, Can I move to Zuver using this offer?

    Will this change the server and the ip addresses of all the sites?
    THanks

    • You sign up for this offer, then you request them to move hosting over.

      Yes, on your domains you will need to update your nameservers

      • ^^ What they said. :)

  • How many ionodes

    • From https://zuver.net.au/docs/aup.pdf

      "6.2. For all shared cPanel web hosting Services, the Customer may not:
      a. Perform any task which unreasonably consumes server resources leading to degradation of the shared hosting server environment for other Customers;
      b. Perform any task which generates high IO Load;
      c. Consume large amounts of system memory;
      d. Consume greater than 250,000 inodes, where 1 file equals 1 inode;
      e. Execute a script which takes longer than 180 seconds to complete;
      f. Operate a script which does not close MySQL connections upon completion;
      g. Run any server-side or stand-alone processes or daemons;
      h. Run any bit torrent applications, trackers or clients;
      i. Run any web spiders of indexers;
      j. Run cron entries with intervals less than 15 minutes;
      k. Use PHP includes that call the full URL instead of a local file (eg. include(http://domainname.com/file.php) instead of using include(“file.php”));
      "

  • Does the multi hosting include domain name hosting?

    • You get the name servers with your web hosting.
      At your domain registrar you update the name servers to point to Zuver.
      Then you log into cPanal and you can change your DNS setting in there if you like.

      • So domain name not included in the package?
        So you have to pay $22 for the domain name at zuver?

        • A domain is not part of the package. You can get a .com for $14/yr with Zuver (Mostly the same price for domains everywhere)

        • @Linkiepoo: Thanks. Will get a domain with Zuver as well.

        • +2

          @congngo:
          Make sure ID is turned on unless you want your information findable on the Internet.

        • @Linkiepoo:

          Thanks for pointing that bit out.

          Cheers.

        • @Linkiepoo: Can you change this setting afterwards?
          I actually got my domain name from Zuver a few weeks ago.

        • +1
        • @Linkiepoo: Awesome! Thanks :-)

  • Just wondering can you point your primary domain to another webhosting company? I don't really want to transfer the files from my existing webhost, but would like to transfer a domain name to zuver and build a website on a add on domain. (different domain)

    • Yes, you can point your domain to another company by changing the name servers.
      And you want to move your domain to Zuver, then use it as an add on domain? This should work.

      • So you cant have a hosting account with zuver unless you also have a domain name registered with zuver?

        • You CAN have a hosting account at Zuver without having a domain at them. This is what I have with them at the moment.
          (Sorry I word my last respond wrong)

  • Cool, thx it just asks you for a domain name when you sign up.

    • You have to enter one otherwise, how does it know which domain to use the hosting for?

  • Its working fine, with the primary domain pointing to another webhost. Thx.

  • This deal hasn't expired - I registered a new .com.au domain ($22 for two years) and took up their basic $2 a month hosting package ($24 a year) today, applied the code and paid a grand total of $24.40.
