      I was trying to configure a laptop on lenovo's site few days back(a deal was posted earlier). The price difference between a HD and a fhd screen was only $55.

  The bottom has fallen out of the quality of Toshibas in the past few years. I wouldn't touch one at the moment, unless it was one of their flagship models, which still seem to be reasonably decent builds. But don't take my word for it… http://www.productreview.com.au/p/toshiba-satellite-l50.html
