      True, but as with all electronics, newer model usually leads to discount on older models (though price like this would be hard to come by, I'd assume). Not to mention, some people might be actually interested in getting the newer one. I think the industry has so much room to improve yet, so I think there will be a vast improvement from the current gen models (though this is more of a speculation than anything).

      It was more of a PSA than anything.

        Gear S is still ahead of all other smartwatches available in the market at this stage. It allows users to enjoy real freedom by delivering smart mobile experience without a smartphone in hand.

        So, if someone like me still wants one of these, it's a cheapest price ever for this.

        @OzSikhs: The new gear S is going to have the same feature as well. As I've said, I've mentioned this because there might be people who would be interested in getting the new model. The price is good, but new model is coming out soon if anyone's interested in the new model.

    I don't use the little handles because of this. I use my thumbnail to pop it off where there is no handle. So far so good and thanks for letting me know the handles can break off.

  Make sure you triple check the warranty from Kogan. Do a print out from their website as a backup if you buy from them. I had to take them to court for warranty and the courts were asking what type of warranty. I said that it was a standard 12 month consumer warranty like everywhere else and that didn't cut it. Check to make sure it's not a Grey Import and that the warranty is valid in Australia.
