Fuji Instax 210 Wide Instant Camera + 1 Pack of Instax Film $79.95 Pickup @ Ted's

I know what you are thinking…

However, this would have to be the best deal out there for Fuji Instax 210 Wide Instant Camera plus you get 1 pack of film (10 prints) included worth about $12 bucks.

Cheapest Fuji Instax I could find was $149 from overseas (without film!).

The deal is a trade in for your old camera but looks like you don't really have to worry about bringing or sending a camera in because they deliver to your home (just use the coupon code).

Add 9.95 for delivery or do a store pickup.

Use cashrewards too and it will be $78.41

I saw this deal earlier on but decided to wait till after business hours because Ted's probably pulls the plug on this deal tomorrow when they see customers are buying it…

Great price - I bought this for my wife she LOVES it.

Ironically she often take digital photos on her iPhone of the actual real physical prints from this thing to post on Facebook - usually some frufru crap like rows of pegs holding up the prints from this on a shabby-chic dresser with faded roses.
Seems to me to be some kind of never-ending girl contest to out girl each other with girly pretend-lifestyle crafty artiness.

I must know your wife. This sounds all too familiar.

Thanks for sharing! I have the Instax Share Printer but I'm addicted to Instax photos so why not add a camera to the collection! Can anyone that has used this camera recommend it?

    • +1

i have this camera and i love it! although it takes a bit to learn how to use it properly, it's not as easy as the mini!

      • Thanks for the advice, I have tried the mini and can't get a good result from that but perhaps it will take more practice!

Where do you get your film from?

        • +1

i just bought it off ebay! i had trouble finding it in stores so online was the way to go

I've got one. Love it. It's hit and miss indoors, and the flash will blast anything too close.. but it's fun, and that's the point.

      Ebay your film.

Hey, I'm the one that helped you up with the Instax Share Printer, I also have this camera, and compared to the mini I'd say honestly "eh".

The camera has troubles focusing at long range, so what would be great landscape shots are always just a tad blurry, and not only that, you need almost perfect lighting to use this camera. The flash is bright but it isn't far reaching, and every photo will come out just darker than what you expect unless you're taking a selfie.

All in all, this camera cannot be used after 5pm outside.

      • Of course I remember you!!! The share printer is the favourite thing I own, and all those forum posts ago, I'm still grateful you asked about it! :)

You have had a collection of these cameras I see!!

I am addicted to instax, but sounds like it needs mastery.

By the way, I think fujifilm have a fb comp to win a polaroid album, strap and photopegs

        • Yep, I have this wide one, I had the mini and I use the printer all the time too!

I think the wide can be useful in some situations, but what it does is just too limited.

You would think that a wide polaroid would be great for group shots, but the problem is you have to stand so far back to get everyone in the shot that the flash doesn't light up the group enough. If you're not standing in a very well lit area, the photo just comes out very very dark, often to the point where faces are unrecognisable.

My other use for the wide was bringing it up with me when I went hiking through the Blue Mountains when I visited Sydney. again there was a problem with focus. Small details just weren't captured in the image, and clouds + mountains just appeared far away and unimpressive.

That being said, I have used the wide in situations where I was very happy, I purchased over 100 film for a friend's 21st, and under bright boom lights we got people to take photos one by one with the birthday girl, and they all turned out amazing, photo album-esque.

Just take a look at what you are using it for, there are many flaws with the camera in itself that you have to consider.

Oh also, it is constructed entirely from plastic and it is humongous. It is the size of a small tablet and really really thick. It also uses AA? batteries that drain insanely quickly from the flash.

I missed out on the contest on the 5th, funnily enough I'm having a party on the 19th so I look forward to that contest!

        • @smileymiwo: interesting application for the camera at the party! Thanks for the inspiration!! I really can't help myself when it comes to these things! Good luck with the contest!

  • Great price, I have over and is is always welcome at parties

Okay, looks like the problem is on our end. If you try again in 10 minutes, it should work
    Keith
    I would like to buy 2 .. Maybe 3 …
    OK thanks
    Ivan
It just wasn't linking the correct item
That should be no problem as we have a few in stock

  • It should work now so feel free to go ahead with the order

  • im using the trade50 code but that only takes away $50
    what do i do ?

  • Same here! Price has gone up to $149.95 & then $50 cash back ?
    How did you get $79.95?

  • Word of warning if you're picking up in store, they did ask for the trade in. Accepted an old film SLR without lens worth about $10 on eBay that I gave.
Also ordered some for delivery and so far seems like they'll be fulfilled regardless.

Everyone wondering about the price, last night it was $129.95. Seems they've bumped the price after some orders overnight.

    • Typical Ted's behaviour. Price manipulation along and they make it up as they go…

  • Does anyone know where to get cheap Instax films?
