You might not have to wait long after ypu get back, but maybe you Will.
That is, of course, the same old excuse of
"The supplier is out of stock, we are currently sourcing more stock please wait for more stock and we will send immediately"
I've had that EXACT response on my last 2 purchases, so lets face it, you DONT have ANY stock on hand, you are simply a middle-man seller.
Therefore, a 2-3 month wait is accurate for most buyers, which basically sucks.
I've never looked at gearbest website ever since.
If you are happy to wait 3 months, an entire quarter of a year, while gearbest already HAVE your money on day one, go ahead.

It's the same price at everbuying, they might have a better chance at delivering it on time than gearbest
$469.96 + I'd add the $25.87 ($495.83) for expedited shipping and postage insurance; You'll need to get this to guarantee quick and safe delivery - makes this not an 'awesome' bargain, but the phablet maybe to some people's taste and the price is definitely decent. Specs look quite good for the price IMO.

Don't buy them from gearbest, I ordered on 31 august, until I cancelled them on 15th still not shipped yet. Also don't pay for their so called expedited shipping for extra charge, they will send it by regular mail anyway.

Is it safe to buy Huawei phones/tablets that are made for the Chinese market? Like this one from gearbest or banggood.
I'm worried that potentially there could be some maleware that comes with them.

I feel that Gearbest items should not be on ozbargain. By the time they ship (2months+), the item has aready dropped in price on other websites and is available much cheaper on other website. Has happened to me 3 times. And everytime they never shipped. I waited over 45 days plus and then the item was available on other website for a much cheaper price. So i have cancel and reorder on the other webiste.
Gearbest should be banned from ozbargain. They lie and never have stock for sure. I have tried them 3 times. Wasted a lot of time and emails.
Gearbest is useless.

If you really want to get OZBargainers on side, start with some compensation for the disgraceful service they experienced in the past.
They do give u $50 store credit when u sign up.
Limit is $5 at a time, and when u apply the coupon, the price increase instead

Please kindly note this is our company policy that consider the package loss for 45 business day after dispatch. As you can see, the arrive date is out of our control, there are so many factor will affect it. Such as weather, festival and custom. Besides, the package come without tracking number, we also cannot track where it is. But we have promised to compensation for 45 business days.
Why did you not compensate me then? I had to force a refund through PayPal dispute which you tried fighting. You guys are the worst.
