    Bought this charger a couple months back. It was sent surface from Sweden. Arrived in 3 weeks so no complaints there. Thought, 'hey they aren't as bad as everyone says.'

    So Bought a vr headset shipped out of china post, over a month and still nothing. China post is extremely slow I think as I bought another item off eBay from a run of the mill Chinese seller and item still hasn't turned up in over a month too

    similar price
    shipping took 3-4 weeks from memory
    pretty happy (due to low expectations set by ozb)
    have not needed customer service
    mind you, this was my first purchase from gearbest
