It was not locked the one I got but you need to put in the correct apn for the network. It looks like it can only have one setting only. You need to change it every time you change network which is pretty stupid. Have not tried the new firmware yet.

I can confirm that the 3gb sim works in my Vodafone R216 4g wifi device and connects in 4g.

i just bought one, how do i know if it has 3gb? vodaphone says they are unsure as to whether it has 3gb data or not, some were originally priced at 29.95 on sale for 10$ with 3gb data, others orignally priced at 19.95 and come with 500mb of data? anyone know what the deal is?

Tried Coles Express around Nepean Highway, and Warrigal Rd South East Melbourne way and none of the stores have them anymore…
At this price the store staff will be the first to jump on it.. and the stores probably wont have too many to stock
