Yes it is for the 3gb ram/ 32gb storage model.
The other Mate 7's listed are for 2gb ram variant in silver which is lower specced.
Good phone, but it looks like only the Chinese version will receive Android 6.0 update and you wont be able to use other launcher.
Please correct me if I am wrong as I am looking at this phone as well.

yes everyone has their own skin or launcher but with this you can just install nova etc.

i never have huawei but i willing to bet we can change the launcher. about lollipop and long time, well, with samsung you cant even hope to get new firmwares… everyone is slow except google nexus

Also, has anyone got a comment on battery life? My last Huawei phone had a battery which died after 6 months. Replacement battery lasted 7 (ie until out of warranty).

But if you mean life-span of the battery, you need to ask existing user, but there are some posts that regarding battery died on Huawei phone.
