If I only need a mobo/cpu/ram, would it be worthwhile purchasing this now, waiting for issue of $100 voucher, then purchasing the CPU with the voucher to save $100? I realise it won't be the absolute cheapest but I thought it might be a more effective use fo the voucher promotion.

    • +1

That sounds like a good idea

    • these are click and collect Ebay deals so it will go to store bigw/woolie

      • +1

        Cheers for that.

  • Hi, i've purchased the mb and the 8gb ram(total $214.00), but in my paypal account they show up as 2 separate transactions.

Am i still eligible for the $100 voucher?

    • AS per ebay T & C clause 5:

Only 1 voucher will be awarded per registered Australian eBay account (and if applicable per registered Australian PayPal account) during the Offer Period. If you make multiple purchases which qualify for a voucher under clause 2, you will receive the voucher of the higher value.

      • Yeah i read the T & C , but still cannot understand, hence why i'm asking here.

Before i checked out on Ebay, my total amount was $214.00 (MB + Ram).

After i completed the order, in paypal there are two separate transactions ($149 for the mb, $65 for the ram).

The confusing part from the T&C is

'to receive a $100 eBay voucher, spend $200 or more (item costs only, postage not included) in one transaction during the Offer Period.'.

How do i find out if i am eligible or not?

What i did is i basically went to ebay from the direct link from the post for both products, add them to cart and checked out.

        Thanks guys

        • What i did is i basically went to ebay from the direct link from the post for both products, add them to cart and checked out. <== that should be fine.

can you please contact us at 02-83388899 asap. I asked my colleague to do a quick check and we did not see your order in same transaction so there might be some issue during your checkout.

If you cannot reach us via phone, please email : [email protected]

        • my purchase also came up as 2 seperate transaction. Where to from here?

        • @kaal:

please contact us as per above comment.

          cheers

        • @ShoppingExpress:

I've sent you an email on Friday and still no reply. I've also sent a message on ebay and got a reply but 1 of the item is already posted. If I'm not eligible for a $100 voucher then I'm marking it send back to sender and get a refund.

  • Any chance of running a promotion for a 4 bay NAS, Chief?

  • Anything you could do on the 6700K?

    • 6700k
our best offer currently. CPU prices flutuates and new cost slightly higher and our current cost.

  • I want to add additional RAM to my Lenovo T430. Can you suggest which one will work?

  • Any chance at a deal with the MSI z170 KRAIT GAMING motherboard (http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z170akraitga…) and/or the Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 2400 RAM (http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-memory-cmk16gx4m2a24…)? Would buy these in a heartbeat if you're able to cut a deal on those. (I'd buy the crucial ram already on sale, but it's so ugly!)

  • Is it possible to add some M-ATA or other small size motherboard? Thx

  • hi, can you pleased fix the price on ebay for WD black and razer black widow keyboard as same as the website. They are 89 and 129 respectively

  • Crucial 8GB DDR 3 RAM 1.35V - $65

Can't do Click and collect on this RAM, but the Kingston stuff has it. (I was planning on buying two to activate the deal)

  • Thanks bought the MOBO and 8GB ram!

  • I added to my cart the following two items:

    Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H DDR4 Motherboard - $149
    Crucial 8GB DDR4 - $65 x2 = $130

    Total $279

Do I just proceed to checkout and pay this will then make me eligible for the $100 voucher?

    • Just looking over the terms I don't think this will qualify for the $100 voucher as it states:

to receive a $100 eBay voucher, spend $200 or more (item costs only, postage not included) in one transaction during the Offer Period.

I have two transactions for separate amounts of $149 & $130 in paypal they have also and come out of my bank account as two separate payments so I'm slightly confused.

I was going to buy from MSY but opted to purchase using this deal as I wanted to get the $100 voucher to reduce the price of i5-6600

      • I'm in similar situation. But if you go to Ebay > Purchase History > More Actions (right next to one of your items) > View Order Details, you will see all of them in 'one transaction' and with the right Order Total. I am thinking that there is one transaction ID that ties them all together and that Ebay should use that to see if you eligible (hopefully - otherwise a lot of people will go mad). Of course you can send email to their customer service and confirm (just did this).

    • Did you get any notification anywhere saying you were eligible for the vouchers? I bought the same as you but there is nothing in cashrewards or on eBay about whether or not I will be getting the vouchers.

      Cheers.

  • Do you receive notification of the vouchers straight away? Or do we have to just wait until November 1st to see if it worked properly?

I just bought the last GA-BA150M and a couple of sticks or RAM with click and collect from local woolies but haven't received any mail about the impending vouchers. I did sign in and click through cashrewards.

  • When will the Skylake Pentium CPUs be available? I'm mostly interested in the T models.

Is it possible to get more stock on the Gigabyte GA-Z170XP-SLI or to put up the Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 3 or Gigabyte Z170X-UD3? Really want to get a decent motherboard with this current offer but can't find any

  • Prices are only a couple of dollars cheaper on most items then PC Case Gear ebay store, worth noting for those who prefer to buy through them.

    • I just checked the Kingston RAM. Much more than just a couple. $84 on PC Case. 2 x sticks would mean $12 difference. I know it won't break the bank but it is enough to make me buy elsewhere. I am sure the other stuff is much the same, though.

  • Still havent received my RAM. Apparently posted to Big W on the 28th. Have already received the mobo. Any ideas?

    • Hi walugi,

We know Ebay C&C is not executed at perfection yet and it takes longer for items to be available for collection at this stage, so please do contact us if you have concerns via email or contact us at 02-83388899 if it's urgent so we can assist to work with you guys.

      cheers
