I wonder if that works for redemptions for Krisflier miles?

    T&Cs?

    • T&c only stated any rewards redemption. Shouldnt the krisflier consider as a conversion, but i could be wrong.

  • Shall I keep this for the next time then?

  • Damn. Just redeemed 19000 last week :-(

U didnt missee out!. Needs to redeem 20,000 pts to get 2,000 pts.

  • Lucky.. I was just about to redeem 2 x $100 Vouchers last week but this came up to give me another 1 x $50 one as well.

  • Do you have to do something to recieve this? The link opens a blank page for me and I can't find anything about it when logged in to citirewards.

    • It's only on mail flyer, no online ads as far as i know. Just redeem item that have 20k+ till end of dec. I believe only valid 1x bonus only.

  • Does it have to be one item or can it be multiple items that adds up to over 20000?

    • +1

I believe its only valid 1 bonus claim not multiple. But worth a try, i could be wrong.

  • Anyone received this in the mail catalogue as well? I can't find this from mine

    • Its on the back of the mail cover not on the catalogue, most likely easy to be missed.

      • +2

It's on the single piece of paper that came with the catalogue, the reverse of the insert where they print your name and address. The offer is written in white writing over orange background. The orange above the three pics of a Fitbit, sunglasses and juice mixer.

        • It looks like different people get different cover paper. Mine only has the 10% off David Jones Gift cards offer. Any chance, you may upload a picture of yours?

  • Thanks for quick reply, I only find the 10% off David Jones Gift cards offer. Is that in this months catalog?

    • I only have the DJ 10% offer on the mail I received also. Could someone check the T&Cs and see if you can buy more than 1 item to get to the 20,000 mark?

      • Also 25% extra on adrenaline gift vouchers

  • I redeemed 46000 points last week :(

    • What did you redeem for?

      • $250 Visa gift card

  • Can anyone share an image of the mail flyer? Does it say anywhere that suggests this is not targeted?

  • how should I maximise the redemption - i have 100800 points? Was going to redeem 2x $250 coles and 1x $50 for total 98700 points (OR) i can just transfer the points to Krisflyer.

  • gaah, just redeemed ~80,000 points last week :(

  • I transferred 110,000 points to krisflyer (73,000 KF points) and got a business class ticket from Perth to London.

Why people redeem points for gift cards is beyond me. That flight is over $5000.

And if you don't have that many points, Perth to Singapore RETURN BUSINESS is 52000 points.

Yes, upgrades provides the best value.

But, its not always about "Best Value" for everyone. Necessaries do take priorities before Luxury..

      • These aren't upgrades. They are the actual award seats. You only pay taxes (which with Singapore are comparatively high).

They can be viewed as necessary - if you need a flight sometime in the next couple of years…you'll have the points and have redeemed them at the best conversion rate. You don't need to pick business…economy with Velocity is good value too.

        • Those points good use if you intent to take business class flight, some people prefer to take economy with better deal n value

"Why people redeem points for gift cards is beyond me." because not everyone's lifestyle allows them to fly off all over the place. A gift card is more useful to me.

  • anyone interested in David Jones gift cards - there is a 10% off the $100 gift card

  • I did not reeceive this mail flyer. I have signed up for online statements.
I am wondering whether those who sign up for online statements will not receive paper catalogues and such flyers in the mail? Anyone knows? Many thanks in advance.

    • +1

I'm online statements but also got catalogue

      • Thanks, grasstown.

This is just FYI for others who are wondering the same thing :
I logged on to my account - in the estatements section, I found 2 options - estatements and enotices, both checked.
At first, I thought perhaps enotices might relate to the catalogues/flyers. And went to uncheck it.

But my initial hypothesis was probably wrong, because when I went to view the enotices, there were none for Oct or Sept. So enotices probably relate to things like updated T&C and notices from time to time, not catalogues/flyers.

  • Cant see the deal on the website?
